Danarya's P.O.V.
Sapha is weakening. She will die soon. Riatis said as he walked up behind me and gazed over at Mordor. The first thing that popped into my head was Alecor. What is the cause of this? I asked the big black dragon. He was bigger than all of his siblings already and rivaled the size of Dynir before he was killed. It's your brother. Alecor. He is mistreating her. Malnourishing her. Leaving her to fend for herself! If killing him wouldn't result in her death, I would do it without hesitation. Sapha just wanted what Dynir and Vamorys had. She thought that she could have that with Alecor... but she was wrong. And now... she's somewhere in this world, just trying to make her last couple days less painful. Tears filled my eyes. I didn't think that my brother would stoop to that level of cruelty. Is there anything that we can do to help her? I asked Riatis as I stroked his tense neck. The only thing that can keep her from dying is dark magic. And that is only if she accepts it. If I know Sapha, and I do, she will resist it with everything that she has in her and still die fighting for her rider, no matter how poorly he has treated her.
My heart ached for the poor dragon. I knew that there was nothing that I could possibly do to save her, but every part of me wanted to. Sapha is the sweetest being in Middle Earth, and finding out what my brother has done to this gentle giant boiled my blood. I felt an evil in me that I had never felt before. Thana...give in to me... An unfamiliar voice echoed in my head. The Dark Lord is calling to you. This is why I said it was a bad idea to come to Minas Tirith. He has named you. All that you have to do is show the slightest bit of weakness and he will claim what he wants. Riatis explained to me.
I tried to shake the feeling of darkness from my head, but it didn't work. "I am full of weakness right now, Riatis. My family members are dying. I'm at the weakest I have ever been. There's nothing I can do about this, is there?" I asked my dragon out loud. He turned towards me and said, Show him that you are a warrior of the light that cannot be touched by his tendrils of darkness. "What if I can't fight him? What if I succumb to the darkness? Will you kill me if that happens, Riatis?" The dragon cood and put his forehead to mine. I can never kill you, my Queen. I am spiritually bound to you forever. Nothing within my being will allow me to kill you. Not even if you are evil.
"What do you say, you and I go for a little fly? There's nothing to do here and I'm sick and tired of just sitting around waiting for something to happen. Easthaven isn't very far, we should go for a little visit." I said to Riatis as I climbed up into my custom made saddle. Every muscle in his body rippled with excitement as we prepared to take flight. "Where do you think you are going?" A voice called out from behind me. "Didn't Gandalf give you strict orders to not leave the city of Gondor?" I turned in the fitted saddle to find Boromir. "Will you keep your mouth shut if I let you come with me?" I asked him. Riatis let out a groan at what I said. The boy barely had time to think it over before he said, "Of course. Where are we going?" I slid down out of the saddle and began to undo the straps. "What... What are you doing?" Boromir asked, terror laced in his voice. "We are going to go to Easthaven. My saddle is fitted to one person, we will have to ride without it." I said as I slipped the saddle off of my dragon's back and made my way to storage. "Will it be safe to ride without a saddle?" Boromir asked as he followed me. I stored the saddle before turning to him and saying, "As long as you aren't stupid, you will do just fine, now let's go."

Sapha's P.O.V.
My wounds are no longer healing and it is getting harder and harder for me to hunt the local wildlife. My wings have become frail with tares here and there and my internal flame is almost completely gone. I could feel my life starting to slip away. Alecor... I tried to call out, but our connection had completely severed. I was all alone. Sapha... I can see through your eyes and I can feel what you feel. Please, give into Gruvas when he finds you. Let his dark magic heal you so you can kill Alecor for doing this to you. Kivrei said to me through our family link. I let out a small but painful chuckle before I said, My dear brother... You know that I cannot do that. If I can't fight for the greater good, then why fight at all? I don't expect you to understand, I just expect you to accept my choice in my life. I will soon be safe, reunited with Neimi, Dynir, and Vykien. I will hurt no more. I did my duty of protecting this child, and I will continue to do so until I release my final breath. Nothing that you say or do can convince me otherwise. With that I severed the link with all of my siblings. I didn't want them to know what was going to happen over the past couple of days. I just wanted them to be able to look into the night sky and see my star next to mum and da's and know that I died giving it my all.
"You can't run from me forever. Eventually you won't have the strength to move." A dark voice called from the forest all around me. I let out a snarl before picking myself up off of the ground and making my way back to Moria.

Dantis' P.O.V.
"This strike is starting to get way out of hand. People are going to start starving soon." Brooke said to me as we walked to the throne room to address the angry townspeople once again. "They won't start starving anytime soon. We will." I said to her as I flung the door to the throne room open.
I made my way to the throne and sat down. "You may all be seated." I said, my voice echoing off of every wall. "You all know why you are here. You need to lift your strike on the crops at once." The crowd of farmers and merchants let out a series of comments. "Bring back the Queen! A seventeen year old is not old enough to be our King!" My blood was starting to boil. "My mother isn't coming back anytime soon and I have been instructed that I will be the King of Easthaven. You have one week to lift the strike. If you do not, I will personally burn your fields." I shouted out before storming out of the throne room.
As soon as I walked through the door, I came face to face with Danarya. "I didn't expect you to be here today. You didn't send word of your departure." I said to my little sister. At first she didn't say anything, she just had a disappointed look on her face. I assumed that she heard every last word that I said. "Listen Dany..." I started, but was shushed by her finger. "No. You listen. This place has gone to hell because of you. First there's a strike and then you threaten to burn their fields because you are mad. You are a terrible King. This used to be a safe haven for everyone. Mum would be disappointed in you."
She started to walk away, but before she could, I reached out and grabbed her arm. "I am the King here and I demand respect!" I yelled out. She turned towards me, fist raised and said, "You are no King of mine." After that she launched her fist right at my nose. The force that she had behind the punch knocked me back a couple of steps. I brought my hand up to my nose and felt the blood trickle from my left nostril. "Don't you ever come back here! You are banished for life!" I yelled at her as she walked away. She turned towards me and said, "You remember that when all of your people have left you and you are starving to death." With that she turned and left the kingdom.
