       I was happy that the barrier was finally down and those on the Isle got to cross the bridge. Now I could get started working on my happily ever after with Carlos. I looked through the crowd of people making my way to my loving fiance " Hey beautiful " he greeted kissing my cheek causing me to blush slightly " You okay? is your anxiety acting up? " he asked as I giggled finding it amusing how worried he got " I'm fine babe. I took my medication before coming to this engagement party because I had a feeling it would get this crowded " I said pecking his lips as he pulled me close by my waist. My smile faded and so did his as we realized something important...Cruella didn't know about us being engaged " Carlos, I'm actually worried about meeting your mom " I said my ears bending back subconsciously as dread surrounded me " You've met her before " he said as I shook my head biting my lip " Yeah behind a screen where she couldn't get to me....I'm half fox you know and it worries me " I said as Dude came scurrying down the stairs " You think your nervous his mother is Cruella De vil I'm petrified " he said as I looked to Carlos my lip between my teeth. 

         Carlos cupped my cheek bringing me in for a slow passionate kiss that made me feel a million times better " Everything's gonna be alright baby, I won't let her lay a hand on you. And Anyway wait till she hears that I want to be a vet " he said caressing my cheek as I gasped tears pricking my eyes " Omg Carlos that's amazing...you would be fantastic at being a vet. You absolutely love animals and I heard how you were with Ben when he was a beast " I said smiling softly to myself " You do realize that we have to tell her that we're engaged " I said as he bowed his head slightly shaking his head " Yeah I know we do and I'm not looking forward to that either" He said pulling me close kissing my forehead " I love you so much Phoenix Hood " he whispered as I snuggled close to his chest listening to his steady heartbeat " I love you too Carlos Oscar De vil. Now that's everything's taken care of...we can focus on our happily ever after " I said as he chuckled " I can't wait my beautiful bride to be " he said planting another loving kiss on my lips. I turned to see Uma and Evie bumming their hips with Harry and Doug close to them " Yeah get it girl " Uma said before turning to Mal who was in a group of Isle kids happily jumping around with them " Mal really came through " Uma said as Evie turned her gaze to Mal with a soft smile " She always does. Right Phoenix? " Evie said turning to me as I laughed nodding in agreement intertwining my hands with Carlos " Most definitely " I said as Harry leaned over facing Mal " So she's definitely taken? " he asked as Evie and I looked at each other " Oh yeah " Evie said as I turned to Harry " You missed that train a long time ago buddy... " I said leaning into Carlos. Doug walked closer to Evie with a smile on his face " So is Evie " he stated as Harry looked at me and I giggled before holding up the hand that had the engagement ring on my hand " Don't even think about Hook...she's mine " Carlos said kissing my ring looking lovingly in my eyes. 

      Uma looked annoyed and bumped Harry scrunching her nose a bit " What's my name? " she asked as Harry looked at her his eyes widening " Uma " he said and leaned in for a kiss but Uma turned away pushing herself away from Harry. Carlos and I walked away watching as Harry bumped into Janis " I think they make a lovely couple... it seems your ex finally moved on " I said as Carlos chuckled before nodding hugging me from behind swaying my hips slightly. I saw Mal reunite with her father who literally unnerved Ben. I giggled before walking over to Ben " Don't take it personal Benny boo...Father's are naturally protective over their little girl " I said giggling as Ben pushed me playfully " Oh shush Phoenix...But hey all seriousness if you need help planning your wedding i'll be glad to help out " he said as I smiled at him tilting his crown a bit " Trust me you'd probably help out even if i said you didn't have too. Evie probably already sketched out my wedding dress without me even knowing " I said as Ben knowing that was probably true. I headed back over to Carlos De vil, The love of my life....the one I just couldn't wait to spend the rest of life with and I would literally be counting down the days til our wedding day that couldn't come soon enough.
