Alani

I scream, then start tossing and turning. My throat hurt when I scream again. I feels my hands turn into fist and then I smell ashes.

"Alani!" Someone shakes me "Alani" it's Cultun's voice. My eyes spring open to find three sets of eyes looking back at me.

I focus on Cultun. He searches my eyes and I watch him look at me with terror filled in his eyes.

I look around and see the same red head form about a week ago with the same blonde too. I blink tears out of the way so I can see Cultun.

"She's in shock" the red head says.

"Yeah no shit" the blonde says.

"Alani?" Cultun says. Yes I blink in response. It hurts watching him hurt. The guys leave the room but Cultun doesn't leave my side.

I try fight this so called shock I'm in, I want nothing more but to hug Cultun right now. But he just watches me, he helps me lie down and tiredness overwhelms me.

My eyes flutter back to reality and I sit up. I have a headache and sit up in the bed. I look around and find Cultun in a chair sleeping.

This reminds me of the hospital and how we first met. I stand up to find I'm in shorts and one of Cultun's shirt. "Take it easy" a voice says and I almost trip.

It's the Blonde head guy. "Who are you?" I ask him.

"Daniel" he says with a little smile. I look back at Cultun who's still sleeping and kneel in front of him. I feel for a heart beat and when I find one I place my head on his chest.

I place my hand on his face and watch his eyes open. He looks down at him and I smile.

"Your up" he says.
"How long was I out?"
"Two days" he says. I think his emotions kick in when he drops to level me then hugs me. "Your up" he repeats.

He hugs me so tight I almost run out of breath. He picks me up and spins me around making my headache a little worse.

I try embrace the moment. He puts me back down and stares at me with an amazed smile.

After eating and showering it's finally time to meet everyone. People that I don't recognize come in the room and stand around me.

Cultun sits beside me not letting go of my hand. I know Kevin for sure because I already asked for his name. The blonde was here and another guy too.

"Kevin" the red head says.

"Joe" The Burnett with blue eyes says.

"Didn't you guys like try to kidnap me?" I say making Daniel smile.

"Not technically, we're old friends of Cultun" Kevin says.

"I'm Cultun's cousin" Joe smiles and sits.

"Where are we?" I look around.

"We're in a mythical wonderland" Daniel says.

"My house" Kevin corrects him. I feel Cultun's gaze on me making me look at him.

"Do you want a tour?" Kevin offers and I nod. I get up form the bed letting of Cultun's hand, I spot my reflection in a far by mirror.

I follow Kevin out the room and the guys watch me leave. He shows me the kitchen which is huge compared to mine. Then there's three other bedrooms.

There's a gaming room, a screen room and a pool outside. I follow him out side and there's a beautiful view of the sun setting.

The wind blows in my face, something I having felt in a long time. I tug the big shirt I have on then pull up my jeans out of habit.

I spot woods at the back of this grand mansion and turn to its direction. I hear Kevin's food steps behind me as they follow me. At the entry of the woods I turn to him and he looks down at me.

"What's in there?" I ask.

"Trees" he says making me roll my eyes.

I start to walk into the forest and pick up my paste. And I hear Kevin's footsteps try keep up "Alani" his voice warns me but I keep going.

Soon I start running deeper into the woods into the direction of the sunset. Trees start to surround me but I'm not scared of getting lost. I look up at a really hight tree.

I start to climb it to get a better view of the sunset. The sky turns blue, purple, orange then pink making a beautiful collage.

I look down to find Kevin standing waiting for me. I start to climb down then jump when I'm in a good distance. "All that for a sunset?" He asks me and I nod.

We walk out the woods to find Cultun waiting for us at the entry. He nods me over and I follow him, he walks to his car and opens a passenger door for me.

We drive away in silence as he occasionally glances over to me. He parks in front of Primark. He looks down at me as I look up at him.

"I don't want to shop" I say.
"What do you want to do?" He asks.
"Eat" I say and he pulls out with a small smile.

I debate whether or not I should tell him what happened in the house. I can't even bring myself to think about it. But then again that is the elephant in the room.

He parks in front of a chicken chips shop and goes out to order. Maybe I should wait until he asks, but what if he's waiting for me to talk?

When he comes back, he hands me my food and we eat in silence. He hands me his milk shake when I'm done and I gladly finish it.

Rain starts to poor as we drive around. He pulls up in front of my house then looks over at me. "What do you need?" He asks and I just stare at the house.

"I want to come in with you" I say and he shakes his head. He gets out the car then child locks me in his car.

I stay in the car, too frozen to move. I wait patiently as he comes out with two bags and I'm guessing they have my stuff in them.

Cultun unlocks his car and puts the bags in the back. He comes around and sits in the drivers seat. When he pulls out of the drive way I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

An hour later we're back at Kevin's house but we don't be out the car. He puts his hand on the wheel and turns his head to me "Talk to me Alani"

"I don't know what to say" I look at him "let me show you" I offer and he leans forward. I put my hands on his face then put our forehead together.

I go back to the memories of the other night and play it out like a movie for him. I show him the conversation and then he sees the kiss, he sees me stab Louis in the neck.

He watches me struggle to fight for an escape and then he watches Louis force himself. I show him the end when I see Louis get thrown across the room.

I pull away form Cultun and wipe tears away form my eyes.
