Cultun's phone rings waking us both up. He turns over and picks up "Hello?" his voice sounds sleepy.

I keep my head on his chest and try going back to sleep. "What do you mean she's gone?"

My head shoots up she? Who's she? "Are we talking about the same person here?" He asks then shakes his head with a smile.

"She's with me. Don't worry about it" he says and I lie back down. He nods then hangs up.

Cultun gets up and goes into the bathroom. I watch him go then I hear the water turn on. I lay down and debate whether or not I should join him.

I find my self standing up and making my way to the bathroom. It's not locked so I go in. I take off my shirt then take off the rest of my clothes.

I go in and hug him form behind. Little sprinkles of water splash on me as I run my hands on his back.

I don't touch his wing scars because they look too painful. I kiss his spine then he turns and I look up at him.

His curls hang form his head as his eyes meet mine. He examines my body with a satisfied smile. I tip toe to kiss him.

I get drenched in water as our lips move in sync. His hands move down to my hips then be picks me up. Water runs down my body adding more heat.

My head rolls back as he kisses my neck. I run my hand in his wet hair and he makes his way back up to my lips.

He stares deep in my eyes and I feel the words that I've been avoiding hang in the air. I bit my lips to stop them form escaping.

Cultun presses me on the wall and then presses his body against mine. A loud moan comes out. After he rearranged my guts we get out the shower.

I dry myself off and put some clothes on. I put on one of Cultun's shirt and some shorts on and meet him outside by the woods.

"Ready?" He asks me and I nod taking his hand. We're currently going on a hike, this is was Cultun's idea.

He says it's a 2 hour hike but at the end of the woods is a beach. He says this could be our first adventure together but in my defence I think we've been through enough.

We walk in the woods and I'm already sweating. I'm not made for this. I absorb the nature around me looking up occasionally.

"So..." I say behind Cultun "Who was haunting you down?"

"Louis" he says clearly not breathless.

"Why?" I ask.

"Because I have you"

I nod and we keep on walking "So why did Kevin and Joe had to go?"

"Protection" he says.

I nod. "So...what's the history between you guys?" I ask and I see him smile.

"Well me and Kevin fell together and we've been friends ever since. We had a big misunderstanding and fell out but here we are. Daniel I met him about a year after

"He was in trouble and I had to go save his ass. We didn't get along at first but then he started to soften up a little. Joe is my little cousin, funny story how he became a witch" I watch a smile play on his lips.

We keep walking and at some point let go of each other. I tie my hair into a low ponytail when we have our fifth break.

"Has umm...has anything happened between you and Daniel?" He asks and I look up meeting his gaze.

"We umm...I kissed him" I watch his jaw clench "what happened was I was crying enit, and then I kissed him but he pulled away and told me it wasn't right"

He nods and starts walking of "Your not mad are you?"

"Nope" he says.

"I was hurt and angry. Daniel was always there-" I trial off as I meet his dark glare "it should have never happened, me moving to your friends is not cool. I'm sorry"

"Did you sleep with him?" He ask.

"No" I answer truthfully.

He leads the way and I follow him. "He already told me, I just wanted your version"

"So you brought me out here to get my version then murder me?" I smile up at him.

"Although that does sound reasonable, no" he returns the smile. He takes my hand again then pecks me on the fore head.

We walk some more and the Cultun says we have at least thirty minutes left. My legs start to ache "let's take a break" I say and sit down.

Cultun sits and watches me re done my ponytail for the hundredth time. "What are we going to do anyways?" I ask him realizing I don't know myself.

"Well..." he says dragging me up. He turns and bends a little and I jump on his back "since I missed your birthday" I nod my birthday was a month ago.

"I've prepared something for you. To make up for being an asshole" he says making me laugh.

"I don't think anything can make up for you being an asshole"

"I'm trying here"

"I see your efforts" I smile.

When we finally get there. The beach looks beautiful. The sand is a nice white and the sky's are clear and blue.

He takes me into a beach house, this looks like a flat. It's very spacious and big. He takes me into a room and there are rose petals everywhere.

"No way" I gasp. I walk in and look around, there's gift bags on the counter and I go to them.

"I remember you saying you don't have a dress so" he says and I pull out a cute little light pink dress out.

"You picked this?" I turn to him. He nods. I sit in the bed trying to process everything, I look up at him with sad eyes "I don't know" I whisper.

I watch his jaw clench as he sits in front of me. "Three words dance on my tongue Cultun but my heart refuses to say them because I'm scared...I don't know if I'm ready for this" I look away.

"I'm not going to hurt you" Cultun says with sadness in his tone.

"How can I be so sure? You've done it before"

"Because I love you" his words hang in the air. He grabs my face forcing our eyes to meet "I love you Alani. You might not be able to say it back but I know you feel the same way"

"I don't know" comes out again.

"Here's what's going to happen" he says "your going to get your dress and put it on. I'm going to get ready in the other room, then we're going to watch then sunset

"Then imma make love to you and tomorrow morning I'll take you back to yours. Okay?" He says. I nod.
