Fragile- Part 18

Lexis P.O.V
My whole world is falling apart.

What am I supposed to do.

Jacks P.O.V
She meant everything to me. I loved her with all my heart.
I need her.

So I decided to go knock on her hotel door.

She answers.

"Yes Jack" she says as she whipped away some tears then smiles at me.

"That is a fake smile, put that away" I tell her. And he smile fads away.

"What can I do for you" she asks

So pull her into a big hug and she hugs back.

"Lexi what I did was not okay, and I feel horrible, I totally understand if you want to stop talking to me and not have anything to do with me. Cause I messed up big time. And I am truly sorry" I tell her.

"Jack you were drunk. You broke my heart. But you were drunk. Everyone makes mistakes. And every relationship has troubles. But please don't ever cheat on me again. I'm not sure what to do because this is my first real relationship." She told me.

So I pulled her into a kiss. She didn't kiss back.

"Look Jack I want to forgive you but it's not that easy. You need to show me that you love me." she told me.

So that's what I will do, I will show her how much she means to me.

Lexis P.O.V
I love him. But I can't forgive him that easily.

Right now I need to practice for worlds in a week and I need to clear my head.

So I put on my black sports bra and my lulu lemon shorts grab my gear and my bike and leave.
I got to the track and see a boy also practicing so I went to the top of the start gate and start getting ready.

He also comes up.

"Hey, I really like your Troylee helmet. I love the colours. By the way I'm Lexi" I say and flashed him a smile.

"Thanks, I like your pants black and red are perfect, and I'm Sam" he told me and flashed me a really beautiful smile.

"Want to race?" I asked him.

"Sure but no crying once I beat you" he said.

Then the gates dropped and off we went.

He was ahead then I was, and it went back and forth until we got around the last corner then I pulled ahead and he pulled right beside me.
I wouldn't stop peddling. Neither would he.

As we past the finish line we agreed it was a tie. Because we couldn't decide.

We raced a few more times and they were all a tie but he won once.

I decided to bike to McDonald's. And grabbed something to eat then headed my way back to the hotel.

My mom and her boyfriend Chris are taking me out for dinner tonight.

It was about 4:30 and we were leaving at 5:00 so I decided to get ready.

I put on my best jeans and a nice blue cardigan with a black tank top underneath them my white vans. I straightened my hair and put on mascara.

I said goodbye to everyone and got in a cab.

They took me to the restaurant. And it was really fancy. Oh well.

I got in a sat at the table with my mom and chris.

"Lexi, love, this is Chris" my mom said.

So I got up and shook his hand.

"Hi Lexi, nobody told you this was a fancy restaurant." He said to me.

"These are my fancy clothes" I said.

"Well then we should probably go shopping" he said.

"No thanks I like my wardrobe." I said.

And we ordered and started eating. I ordered spaghetti and of course it was messy and it went everywhere.

"Lexi someone should teach you how to be a proper lady" Chris said.

"Look I just met you, so back the fuck off" I said. I was pissed.

"Lexi don't ever use that tone or language with Chris" my mom said.

"Alright both of you can fuck off and thanks for dinner, good bye" I said with a smile and left.

I got back to the hotel and I decided to tell everyone what happened but only Matt was here.

Matts P.O.V
All of the other guys left to get stuff for the date for Jack and Lexi tomorrow and I stayed to wait for Lexi to get back.

She got back early because she just walked into my room.

"Matt I hate my mom and step whatever right now" she said in a sigh tone.

"Dude are you okay?" I asked her.

"No, stupid Chris wants to take me to lady lessons and hangs my wardrobe, he's trying to change me" she said in an angry tone.

"Lexi your perfect the way you are and don't change for anyone" I told her.

"Thanks Matt, wanna go swimming?" She asked me.

"Yeah sure" and she left to get her bathing suit.

We got down to the pool.

"SAM!" Lexi screamed at this random dude.

"Hey Lexi your staying here too?" This Sam guy asked.

"Yeah I am" she said.

"Sam this is Matt and Matt this is Sam" she said with a huge smile.

"Nice to meet you bro" Sam said and shook my hand.
