I was over at my best friends house watch movies with him before he leaves to go on tour with the rest of his band. We were having a Disney movie marathon, both of our favorites. As Aladdin ended, George got up and put in The Lion King.
"How much will you miss me while you're away on tour?" I asked him.
"I'll miss you too much, but we'll text, call, and facetime every day until I get back." He stated and smiled at me.
"Good, you better, whenever you have free time."
"I will, I promise Beth."
"Pinkie promise?" I said holding out my pinkie finger.
"I pinkie promise." He said hooking his finger with mine.
As The Lion King progressed further into the movie, I felt myself starting to dose off into sleep, but I felt someone shake me.
"I want you stay up with me and spend the night linked up with me." George told me.
"I'll try my best, no promises I can stay awake for much longer George." I told him.
"We'll see." He smirked at me.
"What do you have planned?" I asked and squinted at him.
"Nothing." He lied.
"Hum...."
