Chapter 21

I turned to look at Xander sporting the same expression that I had. Pure shock and disbelief. " I knew he was still alive," I hear Xander whisper next to me wiping a stray tear from his face. He turned to look at me with a smile. I can't believe he's alive, I said looking at him. Wait how does he know our mate? Before Xan could answer me his phone started going off. I watched as he was conversing with Chance our beta on the other side of the phone. His face started to contort into a deep frown before he hung up.

"Something is going on with Adrian and we need to go NOW!" He stood up not waiting for me and started to make his way towards the back of the school. Shifting into our wolves we made our way back home to see what was going on with him.

      When we finally go to the front of the house the doctor and a few of our warriors were with him waiting by the open door. We went straight the room where our brother was supposed to be. It when we go into the room he wasn't there. I turned around to look at the doctor and our warriors with cold and deadly eyes. Where the fuck is he I rasped out. "W-we had to p-p-put him in a cell sir"
I grabbed the doctor by his throat squeezing the life out of him. Why the fuck would you do that to him? His face started to turn a bright red before I let him drop to the ground so that he could catch his breath. As I turned around to look for Xander he wasn't in the room anymore.

I followed his scent outside to the cells. As soon as I walked in the stench of blood and dead bodies hit me. I walked down the stairs towards the back of the cells and saw my big brother and Chance staring into one of the cells in the back. I made my way towards him and the cell that was occupying his attention and when I reached the cell I saw Adrian half human half wolf but it wasn't his wolf it was a brown wolf. What the fuck is going on?

     "Well, it seems that whatever Adrian was injected with by that rogue If you remember when our boarder was attacked all of the rogues were brown just like the one. It looks like Adrian is turning into one of them," Chance said not breaking eye contact for the cell. "We need to find answers. NOW!" I looked at Alexander gripping the silver wolfsbane covered bars of the cell burning his flesh without even flinching.

Chance was already gone to find answers to see if this thing has ever happened before and to help us get the information that we need to figure out how to help him.

Sorry that it's been a while guys just wasn't really feeling it. I'm kind of disappointed in this chapter but nevertheless let me know what you think.
