It was a bright and sunny day, the mists have finally disappeared and the Queen of the Dark Mist Nymphs is finally trounced. The great battle that happened in the presence of the mists plucked the flowering diffidence in Lunace’s heart. Now, Lunace finally built some belief in her that she’s special and she can do something. When Lunace used her first magical offense, it brought her hope that her grandmother’s words are all true and not just some sort of a tale. With what happened in the mists, Lunace began wondering if she can still call her powers chained.

Amidst the joy of the others in the group, Red is left out worried about the outcome of their quest. She is very inquisitive about the missing pieces of her very self. Along the way to the Kamara Shores, Red can’t get off of her the aura of fear.

Graea then said, “I think this journey to the oracle will finally come to an end. I can feel that we are getting much closer to the oracle.”

“You’re right Graea, and I can’t wait to ask her some questions about my leashed magic. I can feel that the flow of my magic is being stopped by an unseen force, I wish to know why and I’m very excited!” Lunace then smiled with great joy.

All of a sudden Dralgar then spotted something ahead. He then said, “Look, there are people covering themselves in black cloaks.”

“I feel weird about these people. I can say that they’re up to no good.” Terson supposed.

“How can you say that?” Lunace asked.

Red then demanded. “I suggest that we stop walking right now.” The whole party then nailed their feet to the place where they stood and Red then replied to Lunace’s question.

“Terson is right; I can feel that they’re onto some mischief. Why would those people just stand there and keep still in our way? They’re not moving and it seems that they’re trying to hinder us from travel.”

Graea then asked. “Are you thinking what I’m thinking?”

Each one of the party nodded. Lunace then said, “I know what we’re all thinking, but we shouldn’t jump to conclusions immediately. What we have to do first is to get closer to them and speak with them. In case that anything happens, our weapons should be ready, okay?”

“Okay, let’s go.” Red signaled.

The party neared the three cloaked people with creeping feet. The time that they got close enough, one of the cloaked men talked to them. In a very frail and helpless voice, the cloaked man spoke with them while shadowing his face carefully with his hood.

“Please give us some food…”

Terson felt strange about these shrouded men. As he listens to the hooded person, his satchel suddenly glowed in pure white light. Realizing, that his father’s weapon is reacting in the presence of evil, he then whispered to the party.

“It’s true; these people are dark creatures. Be ready!”

Red then shouted. “Everyone, get ready…!” She then drew her sword and enchanted it with light magic.

Terson then drew his sword and made a fighting stance. Graea stood straight and positioned her bow in her arms and aimed the arrow right through the cloaked trio. Dralgar then readied his gigantic hammer and firmed it in his hands. Lunace then took her small dagger from her satchel and asked Red in an anxious and naïve way.

“Red, what do I do?”

Red then said. “Use this to protect yourself.” Red then threw the sword to her and Lunace grasped it with her hands. “If one of the three darklings gains a chance to get close to you, just stab them with that.”
