Twenty-Eight

(Selena's POV)
I looked at my phone and saw it was 6:30 p.m. I sighed and heard a knock at my door.
"It's open." I said. My mom walked in with clothing in her hand. "Justin's waiting downstairs." She said. She handed me the clothing and I unfolded it. i looked at the dress and I sighed. "It's so pretty." I said.

(Justin's POV)
I sat downstairs waiting for Selena until I heard heels clicking down the stairs. I saw Selena and walked over to her, "God, you look gorgeous" I said. I kissed her cheek and then grabbed her hand.
she didn't say anything, and it was scaring me really. once we got in the car I looked over at her and sighed. "is it too much? " I asked. "I mean, I'm trying my best here Selena-"
"Justin." she said suddenly.
"Thank god, you haven't talked all night."
"Can we just... go?" She yelled. I sighed and grabbed her face, facing her towards me.
"We're gonna have fun okay? Because I love you, more than anything." I said before I slammed my lips on hers. her lips kissed back and I pulled away.
I stared the car and drive off.
Once we got to the restaurant, I opened Selena's door and held her hand. I was really trying for tonight, I wanted to make her happy. I want her to see that she's literally my world. We sat at our table and I heard her sigh.
"Babe, what is it? Really, just tell me.." i said, I could tell something was obviously wrong. if nothing was wrong she wouldn't be like this, she'd be going on about how nice this was and that I didn't have to take her out.
"I.. I'm just thinking.." She said, looking down at her hands.
"About what?" I asked, raising one of my eyebrows.
"Justin.. I.. We.."
I already knew what this was. I knew what she was gonna say, but how? Why?
"Selena," I breathed out, my heart was pumping out of my chest. "Did I do something wrong?" I asked.
"No.. I just-"
"Than why Selena? I saved your life, I took you in my house, i opened up for you, I bought you things, I let you in. Selena what else do you want?"
I heard her gasp and saw that her eyes started to water.
"I want to know that I'm in a relationship that has a future." She said, a few tears falling from her eyes. Before I could say anything she got up and stormed out of the restaurant. I sighed and let her go. I wasn't gonna chase her, if I did it would piss her off even more. if I give her time to herself she can think and I can too.

(Selena's POV)
I stormed into the house and slammed the door. I was still sobbing until my mom came up behind me.
"Selena, why are you here? Why aren't you with-"
"Do not say his name." I said interrupting her. I took a deep breath and took of my heels, my feet were hurting like hell. "I'll tell you when I get back." I said, walking up the stairs.
I saw my phone screen light up and walked over to it.

Justin: Selena, where are you? Did you go home? 20mins ago

Justin: We need to talk Selena, you can't just ignore me so you don't have to deal with it. 15mins ago

Justin: Please Selena, we have to talk. 3mins ago

I sighed and closed my eyes. Tears fell on my cheeks. I can't do this with him. I love but this isn't working out. I couldn't believe I was saying it, but I think it's over.

So my brother ran away yesterday. But we found him. Eheh. 😅😌
