Ariana entered her apartment and saw that Jessica was standing leaning against the back of the sofa facing towards the door and her arms crossed against her chest. She was standing there as if she was waiting there whole time just for Ariana to come.

Ariana didn't said anything she just ignored and walked towards her room. As she pinned her hand on the doorknob than Jessica's voice stopped her.

" I'm sorry. " Jessica spoke.

" Really? " Ariana turned towards her " after all that. Why did you behaved like that infront of Kevin? "

" I said I'm sorry. I was just worried about you. "

" why were you worried about me I'm big enough to take care of myself. "

" I know but you barely know Kevin and about this place. We don't know who's bad or good. I really didn't want you to get hurt. Again I'm sorry, please forgive me. "

These lines melted her anger against her " you care so much about me but don't worry we can trust him. I forgive you. "

" hugs. " Jessica half smiled

Ariana nodded and threw her arms around her wrapping her into a hug and said " promise me we'll never fight again. "

" promise. "

" thank God! My ladies are back to normal. " Carl sighed entering into the scene " Can I also join? "

Ariana and Jessica looked at each other and said in unison " no. "

" okay. Fine. " he frowned

Both of them sniggered.

" well tea is ready. If you both have done scoffing me then come and have it. "

" oh yeah. One thing. " Ariana spoke

" what? " Carl canvassed.

" Kevin invited all of us to a party Max is throwing. "

" that's cool. For the first time we'll gonna attentd a party of norlms.

( Norlms: I've created this word to refer to mortals. )

" yeah. " Jessica agreed.

" I'm glad that y'all came. " Max welcomed Ariana, Jessica and Carl.

" thanks for inviting us and Congratulations. " Ariana offered him a bouquet.

" thanks. Enjoy the party. "

They all nodded

" Are you looking for someone? " Jessica wrinkled her brows.

" yeah. Kevin. "

" Ohh. But Ani....."

Ariana said cutting her off  " their he is. "

" Ani listen. " Jessica trying to invite her attention towards her but she said " later Jessi. " and she headed where Kevin was standing. She moved closer and placed her hand on his shoulder " Kev! "

When he turned, his eyes brightened on seeing Ariana wearing off-shoulder high-low rose pink dress with her gingerbread caramel color hair half tied up in a bun and half down till her shoulders. Her blue eyes were seemed like a blue crystals with that natural makeup.

" wow. You look....like.... What to say. I've always seen you in dark colours but today you look fabulous. " he complimented.

" thanks. "

" where are Carl and Jessica? "

As soon as Kevin said that they came in and Carl greeted " Hello Kevin. "
