The three Mysticals

" where are you Vanessa? Look, I'm here. " Ariana hollered standing in the midst of the sizeable atrium of her palace under the hefty chandelier facing the bifurcated staircase and her back towards the whopping main door. Leaving the space in the middle where Ariana was standing both the sides of the hall had four luxurious, ancient plush Sofas. Two narrow hallways adjacent to each other were stretching from the right as well as from left side if hall.

" stop shouting sweetheart. " Vanessa stood on the landing of the bifurcated staircase that was the part of that atriumm.

" by inviting me here, you have invited a peril too. "

" oh my little girl. So much anger is filled inside you. Be calm. " she descended the stairs.

" I will not sit in peace until I end you. " she was infuriated at that time. With the crown on her head, cape on her shoulder and the wand in her hand she just wanted to defeat her right now and all this was because of the letter Vanessa sent to her.

After returning from the mystic island they stayed the night at Jacobs house and there a letter landed for her from Vanessa stating-

I know you have the mysticals right now. I want to tell you that all your efforts in getting those mysticals will be useless if you can't be a queen. As to become a queen you'll need a kingdom to rule and if their will be no kingdom then what will be the use of the ruler. Coming straight to the point, I just wanna say that meet me in an hour or you know what I'll do.

Vanessa

" you want to end me. Head on. " she insisted.

Ariana smiled and trained the wand at Vanessa which fusillade a dark green light on her demand, towards her but she escaped that shot by throwing herself to the right and she quickly pulled out her wand shooting a spell at Ariana but she shielded herself with the cape.

There duel went on not actually hitting any one of them but destructing the high glass windows and old royal antiques of that great hall.

By using her powers through the mysticals for so long frazzled her and because of that she stumbled for once or twice, this gave Vanessa a benefit. She made hay out of it and fired at Ariana but she drew a mirror infront of her backfiring the spell and knocking Vanessa down. She wasn't dead yet. She again tried fired a spell by laying down on the ground but her magic didn't work. That rebound squeezed the powers out of her.

" Ariana! " Albert called out and following him Kevin, Jacob, Carl and Jessica crowded in through the hatchway and gathered around her. Vanessa took advantage of this moment and sneaked away from there.

" you okay? " Kevin grasped her arms.

" I'm absolutely ......... " before completing the sentence she fell in Kevin's arms

" Ariana! " He sat down and laid her down too, placing her head on his lap.

" I'll go call the doctor. " Carl hurtled out from there.

" Ariana open your eyes. Wake up. " Kevin said in a brittle voice

" let's take her to her room Kevin. Carl's gone to call the doctor she'll be alright. " Albert suggested.

Kevin lifted her in his arms and hiked the stairs to the first floor as told by the others where her room was.

" she's awake now. There is still weakness so I'll suggest her to rest for few days. " Dr hucklenut said.

Kevin quickly ran into the room and embraced Ariana in a tight hug who was sitting straight " I'm fine Kev. " and he freed her on seeing Albert entering the room.

" how you feeling now? "

" good. "

" they told me everything about Vanessa's letter. "

" sorry dad. I didn't inform you about that. I should have asked you first."

" it's okay cherry. " he pulled a stool near the bed and slouched on that " It was too dangerous to use the power of all the three mysticals together, we have to use them wisely. It's Vanessas old game. She threatened you because she knew about it. Now forget what happened and remember this in future. "

" yes I will. " she smiled " there's one problem dad. "

" what? "

" promise that you'll not be mad at me. "

" what is it? "

" when I was dueling with Vanessa for once the crown fell on the floor and it might have a... Slit somewhere. I'm so sorry. "

" what happened has happened now you shoudn't ponder upon it. I'll see what I can do with it. "

" I'm here to talk to you about something. " Ariana said twiddling with her fingers.

" I already know what you have to talk. Mom told me everything about how you killed Addison. " Jacob spoke in a harsh voice.

" I'm sorry J. "

" your sorry wouldn't bring my brother back. " he lashed out.

" I understand you- "

" No you won't. "

" Mrs. Bagot. " Ariana lept from the arm chair and knelt down near Mrs Bagot who was sitting on the sofa. " I've done a sin of killing your son and I'm here to repent. I know it's hard to forgive me. " tears dropped down her eyes " I'm living with its guilt and it will not get off me until you forgive me. I'm ready to take any punishment for that. If you want I will ask for my imprisonment like all the other killers get but please forgive me. "

Mrs Bagot kept silent she didn't uttered a word and exchanged glances with his son.

" please. Mrs Bagot punish me for my sin, please. " she cried out.

" I forgive you. "

" but mom she- "

" son forgiving others is a best deed you can do. " Mrs Bagot said cutting off Jacob " and God forgive those who repent truly from their hearts, then we can also. I believe she is feeling guilty of what she has done. What she did was a crime but it was Addison who provoked her. "

" mom you are blaming Addison for that? "

" I'm not blaming him. No one has the right to kill anyone but what Addison did was also wrong. "

" thank you so much for forgiving me. " Ariana stood up and wiped her tears " I would be always greatful to you. "

" it's okay. " Mrs Bagot smiled.

" J please forgive me. I'm really lucky to have you as a friend. I didn't want to loose you. "

Jacob didn't replied

" please! " she repeated again.

" I'll think about it. " he said quite reluctantly.

Ariana was about to leave but Mrs Bagot called her " wait. " she said and went inside the room and then returned back after few minutes returned with a small box in her hand " Now that the situation is quite favrouble and their is no guarantee how much I'll live. I wanna reveal a secret. " she forwarded that box to Jacob.

He opened it and took out the scroll, unrolled it and  read-

Addison and Jacob, I'm writing this letter to reveal you a truth. Several years back when Sofia killed my parents, but my mother before dying asked me to run away from Seantel and never return. All my life I lived in the jungle with a different name and married a beutiful lady, your mother. The truth is that you both are the heirs of Seantel. Grandsons of King James Ansley.

He was shocked on knowing the truth about himslef " I'm...." he cannot think as what to say.

" your father asked me to give it to you when the right time comes. I think it has. " Mrs Bagot explained.

" I think the kingdom Seantel got their king. " Ariana smiled.
