Chapter 20: Late Late Show

We've just finished a show in California and are invited to the 'Late Late Show With James Cordon'! I'm so excited, I've always watched his YouTube videos with the other celebrities! Apparently we'll be doing a 'Carpool Karaoke'!

We arrive at the rendezvous point and we see James' car. We get in, Onew is sitting at the front with James. I am sitting in the middle with Taemin on my left and Key on my right. Minho is sitting behind me.

"Heyyy!" James shouts as we all get in, "Welcome!"

"Hey!" We all say in sync.

"Thank you so much for helping me get to work, the traffic is insane!" James says as he starts to drive.

"Yeah, thanks for having us!" Onew says. "Let us introduce ourselves first. My name is Onew, or JinKi."

"Hi! I am Key, my really name is Kibum."

"Go straight to Taeminssi!" Onew shouts.

"My name is, Taemin." Taemin says.

"I am Minho!" Minho shouts from behind me.

"Recently, Taemin got himself a girlfriend, she has joined our family and the group of SHINee." Onew says.

"Wait, I have?!" I ask leaving forward.

"Yes!" Taemin says pushing me back, "This is my girlfriend, her name is (Y/n)."

I wave and smile, "I know about you (Y/n), I wanted you on the show for a long time! And here you are!"

"Oh really?!" I ask, I'm so happy.

"Yes!" He exclaims. "So, I hear you've all got nicknames."

"Yeah, we have a lot. One of mine are Dudu." Onew says.

"People call me KimKey." Key says.

"I'm Frog Prince Minho." Minho says laughin, "Or FPM..."

"I have many, Tae, Taeminnie, Taem or Taememe." Taemin says laughing.

"And you (Y/n)?" James asks.

"She is my Sayang!" Taemin says hugging me, "My nickname."

"Sayang?" James asks.

"It's Indonesian for sweetie, or sweetheart. Stuff like that." I say.

"Aww..." James says as I giggle, I'm embarrassed. "How about we make her a nickname right now?!"

They all look at me and I cover my face, "Mochi." Key says, "It suits your personality."

"Mochi!" They all exclaim.

"How about we listen to some music?" James asks.

"Let's go!" Onew exclaims.

James presses a button and one of SHINee's song starts to play it is 'I Want You'. We all sing and James is singing too. As we sing Taemin puts his arm around my shoulders. I feel bad for Key, he must be pretty uncomfortable.

"Now, you're all very good at English." James says, "Who's the best?"

"(Y/n)." Minho says, "She, the best."

I laugh at his sentence, "That's only because I'm from Australia! I don't know if I'm counted on this."

"Okay, Let's rank the boys on English then." James says to me.

"Well, number one would definitely be Key. Your English is very good. I think next is Onew, then Tae, I'm sorry Minho..." I say rubbing Minho's head, "Your English is good!"
