Kaila rested her hand on the golf club watching to see how far the ball went. The entire family hung out in the backyard that had been turned into a golf course.
"Nice shot Kaila." Stacey said.
She smiled,"I told y'all I'm the female Tiger Woods."
"You got a long way to go kid." Chris chuckled.
"You're just mad because I'm dusting you."
"Ooh!" Laz said instigating the whole thing.
"Your turn Mom." Kaila said catching Toni's attention. She had been watching Ginger and Kenny for 15 minutes.
She stood up, "I'm a little rusty but..." She trailed off taking the golf club.
She looked at Ginger and Kenny sitting in the gazebo across from them. Drawing the club back, she swung sending ball straight to Ginger's head.

"OUCH!" Ginger yelled turning around.
"Oops. Sorry." I said nonchalantly.
"Nice." Dawn chuckled as we hi-fived each other.
"I'm going to get more lemonade. Anyone want anything?" I announced handing the golf club back to Kaila.
"No thanks." They all said before I went inside.
I took a deep breath trying to calm myself. How dare Kenny sit up there and laugh in her face? I shook it off going into the kitchen. I poured myself lemonade as Lucinda entered making me roll my eyes.
"What is our little project doing here?" She asked.
I frowned, "Excuse me?"
"The boy."
"Scared?"
She scoffed, "Please. Of what?"
"Everyone finding out the truth."
"Do you really think my son will want you if he knew? He'd be disgusted...that's if he actually believes you." She said throwing my biggest fears in my face.
Suddenly Dawn walked in, "Whew, it is hot out there. What's going on in here?"
"Nothing." We said in unison.

Rob looked up,"Yes Chris."
He walked in and stood in front of his desk, "I'm in a bind. I umm...I need a job."
"You have a j-"
"Had. I got laid off."
Rob let out a breath, "I'm sorry, but I can't help you."
