A/N: tw for mentions of unhealthy/borderline abusive parenting and disowning
"I'm fine." Clementine muttered as Recovery Girl and Ms. Shimizu fussed over her (and Rosie). "I was just a little tired."
"You fainted, Miyuki." Ms. Shimizu scolded. "That most definitely does not happen to someone who is 'fine'."
"I wasn't even the one who fainted, though!" Rosie complained. "It's Viola's fault."
Recovery Girl cast her a confused look from the desk she sat at while Ms. Shimizu sighed, annoyed.
"Doesn't change the fact that you did, in fact, faint." She said, before pausing. "Who am I talking to right now?"
Clem held up two fingers and Ms. Shimizu nodded.
"Well ...Miyuki, I think you should know that the body's physical state stays the same regardless of which alter is fronting."
"I know that." Rosie complained. "It's just Viola has like crazy stamina and she forgets that the body doesn't, so she ends up exhausting us without realising."
"While I appreciate the explanation, it isn't relevant to the fact that you are not in a state where you should continue taking the exam." Ms. Shimizu responded.
Clementine and Rosie groaned, falling back on the bed.
"I'm sure they'll let you take the rest of the exams at a later date, Rayan-chan." Kairi said as she entered the office. She walked over to Recovery Girl and handed her a folder full of papers before turning back.
"They wouldn't try to pull a stunt like that with Shuzenji-sensei around, anyway." Kairi continued, referring to Recovery Girl.
"You're right they won't." Recovery Girl grumbled. "Though if I was in charge, the exam would've been cancelled the second the possibility of a villain attack was brought up."
"I wanna take the exams now, though." Rosie said. "Sunila will never let us re-take them after this."
Her use of plural pronouns caused another confused glance from Recovery Girl, but Kairi simply blinked in surprise before her expression shifted back to her usual calming smile.
"Well, I heard from Kayama-sensei that both you and Fujimori-san have automatically been put down as surviving the fifth stage. But you only need to win one more stage to pass, right?" Kairi said.
"Kairi-senpai!" Rosie said, hugging the girl. "Thanks!"
"U-um, no problem, Rayan-chan?" She said, unsure.
"What's got you so excited?" Ms. Shimizu inquired.
"The next stage is against Present Mic in a forestry area!" Rosie said excitedly.
"Yes...?" Ms. Shimizu said, confused.
"Ivy has a nature quirk!" Rosie chirped. "So, it'll be super-duper easy! And we don't even have to fight All Might!"
"Ivy? Ah, is she the new alter?" Ms. Shimizu said. "Miyuki did say something about that..."
"Um, Rayan-chan?" Hisakawa asked. "Do you, uh, have DID?"
"Oh, yeah." Clementine blinked. "How'd you know?"
"Um, lucky guess? I took psychology as an extra course." Kairi squeaked out. "Anyway, I should get going now. Mirio-kun booked out the gym to use for group training."
"Go on then, dear. Better not keep your friends waiting." Recovery Girl dismissed her.
"Bye, bye, Kairi-senpai!" Rosie said, Hisakawa waving to her as she left.
