I was awakened by the peaceful sound of crashing waves and the cries of seagulls. I opened my eyes and felt an arm around my waist. I turned my head and saw Caspian peacefully sleeping, spooning me from behind.
His bare chest lifted and fell peacefully as he breathed and his perfectly blonde hair was hanging over his forehead.
"Morning." He mumbled sleepily.
I closed myself up with the blanket, because we were both still naked.
"Morning." I yawned.
He squeezed my waist and pulled me closer against his body. His bare skin was warm and comforting against my back.
"What are we doing today?" I asked.
He moved behind me and I felt the emptiness from where his arms was. I turned around and he was laying on his back, stretching.
"Today we will be fishing." He flashed me a smile; the smile I grew to love.
"I can't fish." I chuckled.
"It's okay. I will teach you. It's not difficult." He placed a kiss on my forehead and removed the blankets from his body. He started to get dressed and I couldn't help but admire how he flexed his muscles unintentionally.
"I will go start the fire and make us some hot chocolate." He grinned at me before he opened the flap of the tent and climbed out.
I fell back into the pillow and let out a sigh. I felt wonderful; I felt new. He made me feel good; good I've never felt before.
I climbed out from under the covers and got dressed before I climbed out of the tent.
"I was just coming to look for you in there. I almost thought you got lost." He chuckled when I wrapped my arms around his middle from behind.
He leaned into me a little before he spun around and handed me a cup of hot chocolate. I gently took it from him and smiled in gratitude.
"Thank you." I took a sip. We both fell into the camping chairs and stared at the sunrise while sipping on our hot chocolate. We finished our hot chocolate before we got dressed and walked to the fishing deck.
"Cast the line."
"Like this?" I asked.
"Yes, like that." Caspian chuckled.
I casted the line into the ocean. I heard Caspian applaud next to me.
"That was a good cast." He smiled, truly surprised. "You're a natural."
"I lied." I admitted.
"What are you talking about?" Caspian asked.
"I know the basics of fishing. My father would take me fishing every once in a while." I stray tear ran down my cheek, but Caspian caught it with his thumb.
I sniffed and smiled up at him. He returned the smile and pulled me into a side hug. My fishing rod shook out of control.
"Oh look! I've got something!" I yelled out in excitement. Caspian helped me control it in and it was a sand shark.
"Well done. It is a very good catch." He said after we put the sand shark back in the ocean. He pulled me towards him and placed a tender kiss on my lips.
"Come, let's pack up and go home."

"I am about to read to you your marks for the French project. The majority of you did exceedingly well." Mr O'Donald smiled proudly.
"Meghan and Peter. You guys have a B."
"Jane and Hayden. B."
"Donovan and Theresa. B+"
"Lisa and Terry. A."
"Caspian and Rebecca. A+"
Caspian and I high-fived in triumph. All our hard work payed off in the end, with the drama in between. The bell rang and we all headed for the cafeteria.
"Landile is throwing another party Friday night. I think we should all go and loosen up a bit. We deserve it after everything we lot have been through." Lisa said at the table.
"I actually agree. We all go." I said. Terry and Caspian indulged into conversation while Lisa and I discussed what we would wear.
Friday seemed to come quickly, almost too quickly and I began to feel a bit nervous about the party.
"It will be fine." Lisa assured me as we got ready at her house.
"Meghan is going to be there. She has it out there to ruin me." I made eye-contact with Lisa in the mirror while applying mascara to my long lashes.
"She can't get in if you don't leave a gap. Forget about her for tonight and just enjoy the party." Lisa climbed into her dress. It was a ultramarine fishtail dress. The theme for the party was masquerade.
"I like it. It brings out your eyes." I commented.
"Come on. Put on your dress! I want to see!" Lisa chuckled.
I slipped into my crimson A-line dress. It was strapless and revealed my dominant collarbone. It hugged my curves at the right places.
"Oh wow, Becca. It's beautiful! Caspian better keep his eyes on you." Lisa gasped.
I put on a delicate and feminine silver necklace and matching bracelet before I put my mask on. My hair was pulled up into a formal, but messy bun. I pulled out strands to frame my face and curled them. Lisa's hair was braided into a fishtail and pulled loose.
Lisa and I looked like fire and ice; one a dominant red the other a deep blue.
Terry and Caspian picked us up at Lisa's house. They were both completely breathless at our appearances. Poor Terry looked like he was going to fall to his knees and worship Lisa as if she was a greek goddess. Caspian, on the other hand, stared at me with a bright sparkle in his eyes. His tensed muscles seemed to relax when he saw me and he had a vivid smile on his face.
"Are you guys ready to go?" Lisa asked and both Terry and Caspian snapped out of their trances and opened the doors to the back of the car for us before climbing into the front. The car was filled with lively conversation, jokes and laughter all the way to Landile's house.
