Taehyung had to get on drugs.

Less pain, Jeongguk said. Taehyung hates getting on high drugs. He knows it helps the pain but he just hates it. Jeongguk let Namjoon stay again so he could keep an eye on the boy. Taehyung mostly saw it as babysitting instead.

"If he has some pain or something like that, give him water and a cold wash rag." Jeongguk said. "He won't be able to calm down until he gets something cold."

"I understand." Namjoon nodded.

"I don't trust you but..I saw what you did." Jeongguk softly sighed, bending down to grab his backpack. "Be careful, alright? He can be a little issue sometimes because of his 'natural anger', as he calls it."

"I've deal with him before, I can do it again. Don't worry, Jeongguk." He smiled.

"Don't say my name."

"Right." Namjoon rubbed their back of his neck. "I forgot you're not a fan of me."

"Correct. Now," He pulled out a key from his pocket, looking at the key before the older. "this is the apartment's key. I don't know when I'm going to come back on him. Is your parents—"

"They don't exist." Namjoon interrupted.

Jeongguk knitted his brows. "What?"

The older scoffed. "I live with Yoongi. It's fine. Go on and go. I got this." He lifted his hand up, showing the palm of his hand.

Jeongguk awkwardly nodded, putting the key down on Namjoon's hand. "Go easy on him. Please."

Namjoon nodded. "I'll do my best."

"Thanks."

Namjoon looked through his phone while Taehyung was asleep, scrolling through Instagram. He was sitting down on the floor, his back leaning on the bed. The younger kept moving around on his bed, groaning in pain from his wound. Namjoon just got annoyed from the bed moving so much.

"Jeonggukie." The younger whined, his hand hitting Namjoon's shoulder. "My throat is dry..."

Namjoon just chuckled. The boy still thinks it's Jeongguk that's taking care so him. "I'll get you some water." Namjoon pushed himself up, putting his phone down on the bed to walk over to the kitchen.

That was a bad idea because Taehyung grabbed his phone, clicking it on. His lock screen was his friends, Yoongi and Hoseok. In the photo..Namjoon was the only one not smiling. Taehyung curled his brows, seeing how big the boys are smiling.

When Namjoon came back, he saw the younger looking at his phone, putting the water down. "Yah. What are you doing?"

"Lookie at your phone~" Taehyung giggled as Namjoon snatched his phone away. "How come you aren't smiling in the photo~?"

"It doesn't matter." The older sat back down on the floor, putting his back on the bed. "It's just a photo." He looked at his lock screen, sighing. "It's..when I haven't heard from my parents." He mumbled.

Turns out, the younger wasn't even listening anymore. He got distracted by looking at Namjoon's hair, trying to wonder what color it is. Namjoon just sighed, turning off his phone. He can't think about his parents disappearing on him randomly.

Suddenly, Namjoon's hair was touched. He fluttered his eyes a bunch of times when he felt fingers go through his hair, Taehyung seeming like it's a normal thing to touch someone's hair like that.

"What color is your hair..?" The boy suddenly asked, continuing to put his fingers though the older's hair.

"It's brown." Namjoon mumbled.

"...I see grey."

Namjoon knitted his brows. "What?"

Taehyung just scoffs, sliding his hand down the male's neck to his shirt. "What color is your shirt?"

"Blue."

"It's still grey."

Taehyung slides his hand off of him. He scooted up to the older, putting his head near the edge of the bed. He looked down at the male's pants, seeing that he's not on his phone. It's put to the side instead.

"What color is your pants?"

"Black."

"I can see that color..." The younger mumbled, leading his eyes to Namjoon's face. "What about your eyes? What color are they?"

Namjoon fluttered his eyes and looked at Taehyung, seeing that the younger had slight tears in his eyes, having a questionable face. The older just stared at him, slightly gulping.

"They're dark brown like yours."

"Dark brown?" Taehyung curled his brows, looking more sadder. "I-Is that my eye color?"

Namjoon nodded. "Like chocolate brown."

"Ch-Chocolate brown?"

Taehyung fluttered his eyes down, pushing himself to sit up on the bed. Namjoon knitted his brows and looked at the boy. He's on thin ice of breaking down. Of fuck, he's gonna cry. Namjoon immediately got up from the floor and went on the bed.

"What's wrong?" Namjoon placed his hand on the boy's shoulder, putting his other hand on the side of his face. "Don't cry, Tae."

"I-I'm colorblind." Taehyung cries, putting his head down on the older's shoulder. "I-I can't see color..."

"It's okay." Namjoon put his arms around the boy, pulling him close. Taehyung was colorblind the whole time? I can't believe that. He just rubbed his back. "You can still see."

"I-I want to see b-beauty." Taehyung sniffed, looking up at the older. "Like y-your eyes. Ch-Chocolate brown..you said."

Namjoon curled his brows. "Tae..."

The younger lift up his shaky hand to the side of Namjoon's face. "Soft." He mumbled.

Then Taehyung started to giggle.

I forgot..he's on medication from the pain. Namjoon just fake smiled, rubbing the boy's back.
