.:Brian's POV:.
I banged my fist against Matt's door, glancing around as I waited for him to finally answer.
I noticed, besides Matt's SUV, that an Eclipse was in the driveway. Val was still here. I silently groaned.
"Get in here now." Matt harshly whispered, yanking me in his house by the collar of my shirt.
"Shit, man." I rubbed the back of my neck. "Trying to give me whiplash? It's working."
Matt rolled his eyes, leading me quickly to the kitchen.
"Val's here." He whispered. "She keeps saying how much she loves me and made a mistake by breaking up with me."
"Well, have you told her you're getting married this month and you're very happy with Diana?" I whispered, looking around for Val.
Matt smacked his forehead. "Duh! But she doesn't believe me. I don't know what to do."
I sighed. "What I'm confused is why you canceled the wedding over this?"
Matt frowned. "Val said she was going to tell Diana that she was pregnant with my child. I couldn't let her ruin my relationship by telling her that."
I raised an eyebrow. "So, she is pregnant?"
Matt's eyes widened. "Hell no! You know I would never do that to Diana. I love Diana, the only woman that will have my child is Diana. Besides, we're always on the road. A baby doesn't deserve their Daddy away constantly. So, a baby is not needed in the band right now."
My heart sank.
So would the band hate my child? Would I be letting the band down? Would I be letting Nikki and my unborn child down by going on the road for months, maybe years?
"Matt, are you okay?" Val asked, walking into the kitchen from the living room. "Oh! Hi, Bri." She smiled when she saw me. "So I hear you and my sister are back together. Is this true?"
I shook my head. "Not true at all."
She frowned. "Oh... I thought it would be like old times again. You and my sister, me and Matt. The good old days."
I glared. "Yeah, the good old days where Matt and I had our heads stuck up both your asses, doing everything possible to give you what you two wanted. Giving you our hearts and our time when we were too blind to see you both were sleeping around as soon as we left. Yeah, the good old days."
Val frowned. "We're sorry for that. We were blind too-"
"Save it, Val!" Matt glared now. "You both are just coming back because we're huge now. You want our money, not us. You can have the fucking money. The only thing that matters to us are our awesome fans, family, and true friends."
Val rolled her eyes. "Maybe to you. But Brian here was sleeping with Michelle the other night. Weren't you, Bri?" She smiled.
Matt gave me a shocked look. "You were?"
I sighed. "I was angry and needed to clear my head. You're sister is just an easy fuck, something that took my mind off of my problem for a while."
"You used my sister?!" Val screamed.
"What's your problem?" Matt asked, ignoring Val's outburst.
Shit, I said too much.
I scratched the back of my neck. "Nothing. I'm handling it."
Val giggled. "You're so lying. Did you get some dumb bitch pregnant?"
Fuck no she didn't. Nikki wasn't fucking dumb. Nikki shouldn't even be brought into this. Even though, Val doesn't know Nikki is pregnant.
I glared darkly at her, making her smile disappear. "Shut the fuck up! You don't need to fucking know my problems! Get it through your fucking skull that Matt doesn't fucking want you! He's happily taken and getting married! Go and be a fucking maggot in someone else's life, stay out of ours! No one wants you or your sister around! So get your boney ass out of here!" I yelled at her, making her cringe as tears welled up in her eyes.
"I'm sorry..." She choked out, grabbing her keys and running out of the house.
I slammed my fist into the fridge and leaving a large dent in it, glaring at the dent.
"Dude, are you okay? I've never seen you get like that." Matt asked, placing a hand on my shoulder. "What did Val say to piss you off that much?"
I shook my head. "She was just getting on my nerves. Look, call Diana and get back together. She's really upset that you ended it with her so suddenly. She's confused. Go and tell her the truth, take her somewhere nice." I told him, taking my keys out. "I need to go. See you."
With that, I left. Leaving Matt confused as he stood in his kitchen.
I drove quickly back to my house and walking right on into my house, waving Pinkly off. I needed to find Nikki.
"Nikki! You here?!" I called out, looking up the stairs.
"Bathroom..." Nikki mumbled from the bathroom down the hall.
I joined her in the bathroom, seeing her hunched over the toilet. My heart broke at the sight. I kneeled down beside her as I held her hair back, rubbing her back as she puked.
Morning sickness must really be a bitch.
"Where's Diana?" I asked once Nikki washed her mouth out.
"Out." She said without looking at me.
"Good. We need to talk."I shoved my hands in my pockets.
Nikki turned to look at me then, she looked scared. I nodded and led her out to the kitchen. Nikki sat at the island while I leaned on my elbows against the table. It was silent for a few minutes while I thought of how to word this.
"What do we need to talk about?" Nikki whispered.
I took a deep breath as I straightened myself out.
"... We shouldn't tell the guys that you're pregnant. Should definitely not tell them I'm the father, if they find out you're pregnant."---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry if it wasn't that good. I tried my best with this chapter.
I'll try and have the next chapter out soon as possible.
