The nerves roamed through her veins as she sat amongst the panel of women.

They exuded a confidence and a level of maturity that Kait didn't deem herself fit to possess.

In each different color from beige to cocoa, Kait could see that each woman had a story that made them into who they were today.

Her mind told her that she was out of place.

Her legs shifted from side to side as her irises looked out into the crowd of young adults. Each seated patiently, waiting for the events of the day to transpire.

Kait gulped, fear creeping in as her mind told her that her story wouldn't be able to compare to the stories the women beside her had.

They were mature, life most likely would have tried to defeat them and they conquered it.

Kait was still attempting to conquer her own battles. Starting with the fear that kept creeping up.

She pushed the thoughts away as the woman she'd formally met yesterday stood at the center of the stage.

The microphone secure before her fingers as she placed it to her lips.

"Good morning beautiful young women. Today is our last day of the what our parents didn't tell us session."

Her free hand was placed against the black jumpsuit that covered her body. Her luminous curls held into a tight ponytail and placing emphasis on her highlighted cheekbone that was as radiant as if the sun had kissed her.

As the woman continued her speech, her energy became contagious.

Kait could tell that whatever the woman did for a living, passion would exert from it.

"Just to give you a recap of the past four sessions... In our first session we touched on childhood traumas. How to heal and overcome when it stemmed from your home."

Cue cards were held between her fingertips but her orbs barely glanced in their direction as she spoke.

The information she gave seemed to be embedded in her brain and Kait could only look at the woman in admiration.

She could see herself learning a lot from the woman who gracefully spoke to each young adult as if it had just been one individual she was speaking to at a time.

"Our second session... we touched on letting go of trauma and forgiveness. We were truly blessed, we laughed, we cried but most importantly we grew."

A voice from the crowd could be heard shouting.

"Amen!"

The sides of Kait's lips rose as the fear that creeped in began to cower away.

"Thirdly, we covered anger issues. How to deal with it and our emotions. Controlling our emotions and not allowing our emotions to control us... Then we discussed love in our fourth session... being open to freely give and receive love after all we've been through."

The woman let out a breath of air.

"Whew that was a mouthful."

Chuckles erupted throughout the room.

"And finally today for our last session we have four powerful women of God with us just here to talk from their personal experience on what their parents didn't tell them and how they maneuvered through life's challenges."

Applause sounded in the enclosed room.

Kait unclasped the bottles of water in front of her, allowing the liquid to push her fear away.
