Chapter 5

Eddies POV

Looking at maria on the ground holding her head in my arms yelling " HEL P SOMEONE HELP" realizing her house was just right there I ran towards the door ringing the door bell several times. Hearing the door open and women asks " Can I help you ?"

" yes please help my friend Maria had been stabbed just now" panicked I pointed to Maria's body " looking at the women she broke down in tears crying running towards maria. She just dropped I ran towards her hearing her " my baby girl you'll be ok your gonna be ok " realizing that is Maria's mom I see where she gets her beauty from.

Looking down seeing Maria's mother call 911 " please help my daughter has been stabbed we live 7810 pellybun way " hearing her mother ask me what I explain from what I know and I told her that " she went on a walk and bumped into me and then I saw her face bruised up she had a busted lips and black eye she was gonna talk but a car came and it rang its horn saying her name out loud next thing I know she says its Kevin and she ran . I chased her all the way here and saw this black guy hitting her and then I fought him and he pulled out pocket knife and maria pushed me out the way and the knife went into her " saying with sad eyes.

"I'm so sorry mam I didn't mean to get your daughter hurt " saying to Maria's mother. I felt a touch on my shoulder looking at Maria's mom " its ok son I know my baby was trying to protect you if you like you can meet me at the hospital " hearing the ambulance I decided to do so " alright mam I will " I watched as they put Maria in the ambulance truck thinking I should have done more I shouldn't have let her push me out the way.

I ran home calling Sara and David telling them what happened. Knowing they would be at the hospital soon as well. I live down the street 7820 is my house and I ran upstairs knowing my parents aren't home. Grabbing my car keys and getting in my car a white Tesla ( I think that's spelled right) getting to the hospital as fast as I could. Parking my car I practilly jumped out the car. Seeing Sara and David I call out there names. I see Sara turn and run over to me with David by her side walking towards the entrance of the hospital " how is she ? How is my chocolate muffin of a best friend ? What happened to her ? " hearing Sara say " really ? Your chocolate muffin ? Ok Sara well she got stabbed and I'm not sure how she's doing but I hope she's ok " .

Seeing Maria's mom I go over to her asking " how is she " with her looking at me " she's doing ok the doctor just wants her on bed rest for a few days " thinking thank the lord in my head . looking up to see Maria's mom go into her hospital room me , Sara, and David wait out only 15 before her mom called us in. I just stared at her beautiful face while Sara jumped on her and hugged her but making maria smile and David saying he's glad she's ok. She looked at me and I broke down " I'm sorry I should have done more to protect you " she held my big hand in her small one" its ok Eddie if you haven't came Kevin probably would have done worse so I thank you for coming "

Smiling at her I realized I actually like this girl she's pretty no she's beautiful and she eyes are beautiful I like looking into them and she has a gorgeous smile that lights up the room. To me she's a great girl and I want her to be mine but I'll think of a way to ask her on a date but I'll let her get better first.

I know its probably a bad chapter because it's a boys part and I'm not a boy but tried my best so please let me know what you think and comment :)...
