Maria's POV

Feeling so relieved I'm out of the hospital standing up with my moms help " take it slow honey " hearing her say " mom I'm fine " telling her with a reassuring smile. Getting into the car along with my mom we drive home in a calm silence. Pulling up into our drive only in the car for 20 min getting out " maria I need to know what has been going on " my mom says unlocking the door. Going inside the house sighing knowing I need to tell her closing and locking the door behind me. " mom you might wanna sit down for this " looking down knowing she sat down and is waiting for me to speak. I begin telling her what happened from the beginning. From when he first hit me and why he did so then to him beating me in front of the house and to Eddie fighting him then down to telling her how I go stabbed. " my baby I'm so sorry you were right in front of the house and I couldn't hear a thing" seeing my mom cry I hug her quickly telling her " mom its not your fault don't say that " holding my mom while she's sobbing letting her know its not her fault at all.

" mom why don't you rest you have bags under your eyes" telling her. " alright baby I will " looking at her seeing her smile at me. Watching my mother go up stairs I think my mother is so strong and beautiful. I have my moms beautiful brown eyes and long eye lashes I also have her body shape kinda except I have a little more ass then my mom laughing to myself , I also have my moms shorts height I'm 5'1 and yes I know I'm short but hey I like it though . I have my dads lips and that's it from him. I miss my dad thinking I wish he was home but he's in the military and had to go away to Afghanistan. Looking at a picture of all three of us on the fridge.

Touching it with my finger saying to myself " I miss you dad". Walking away into the living room but only to hear the door bell ring. Turning around to go answer it I see its David , Sara , and Eddie. I smile " hey guys " . " gonna let us in " Sara says smiling and giving me a hug " sure come in and what are you guys doing here"

" we came to make sure you were alright and to watch a movie " Eddie says smiling at me and right away I get butterflies in my stomach " alright what movie you guys wanna watch we have a bunch " going to the living room seeing Sara run to the movie case beside the flat screen tv " ooooo let's watch twilight the breaking dawn part 2 oh please I haven't seen it yet " Sara says pouting " ok good choice I haven't either I bought it but never had time to watch it. " nooo that's a girl movie " hearing David and Eddie say in sinc" Sara gives David a look " come on David its just twilight no big deal " " uhhh Yea big deal I hate twlight" looking at him twice like did he just say that " David twilight is just plain awesome now sit down and eat pop corn " hearing him groan but giving Sara a high five knowing we got our way " now you Eddie you do the same thing " telling him .

" alright only if I get to cuddle with you" looking at him smirking thinking he looks sexy like that. " ok I will "

" awww you guys are so cute " Sara says in a chirpy and happy tone. I don't say anything but blush" I'll be back and make the pop corn" hearing Sara follow me only because she tells me she's gonna come also.

" I know you like him " Sara says " how do you know huh " I hear her say " because first you both would be cute together and second he totally wanted to cuddle with you and third you blushed and forth it seems like Eddie likes you to " I know she's right I do like him " well if I did like him he probably wouldn't like me back besides I might not be his type " putting the pop corn in waiting for it .

Hearing the ding for the pop corn. Going down to the low cabnits grabbing a bowl pouring the popcorn in " well we will see bestie " hearing sara say " your right we will see bestie " smiling back.

Walking back into the living room with Sara along with the popcorn sitting next to Eddie and seeing Sara sit next to David on the couch cuddling they are so cute I thought . " oh wait you guys want the lights on or off " getting an all reply to " off" I turn them off sitting back down next to Eddie on the other couch. Sharing pop corn watching the movie.

1 hour later

I look over to see Sara had fallen asleep along with David and I lean my head down on Eddie's shoulder. Only to have him wrap his arm around me. Suddenly he whispers in my ear " your beautiful " I look into his gorgeous blue eyes " thanks your handsome " . Realizing how close our faces were I lean in a little more and he leans in crashing his lips my mine. I kiss him and he's kissing me back running my hands through his hair and he running his hands down my back since we are side to side facing each other on the couch.

We stop kissing and he rest his head on mine and I close my eyes with a smile. Opening my eyes to see his eyes are closed to I turn to the other side my face facing the tv and my back against his chest but feeling his arm wrap around me " goodnight gorgeous " he says to me " goodnight handsome " I say right back letting sleep take over me.
