Rejection Then Love

Chapter 18

Maria's POV

    Well life has been bad but now it's great I have my family. Right now Sara and David are here playing with the twins Josiah and liliana. Laughing I see Eddie slip and fall on his ass. He laughs a little but only because he's embarrassed and his face is red. He sees me laughing and comes over "you think that's funny" he says and tickles me. I laugh so hard I can't make any words out. But we stop when we hear Josiah crying.

    Running over I see David looking scared and panicked. Chuckling "its ok David he's just crying" I say to him while taking Josiah "well I know but he's so small though" nodding my head "well he is only a few months old" its now April. Seeing Sara gold liliana and making her laugh make me smile. Sara hasn't given her up since she got here which was a few hours ago btw( by the way) .

     " Eddie hold Josiah and go feed him his bottle is in the fridge" he comes over and takes him and feeds him. "Sara can I have my baby back now" I say smiling "maria she is so cute like for real but yes you can" she says giving me liliana. I take her and go in the house and grab her bottle from the fridge and start to feed her. I hear Josiah cry bloody murder so I go into the living room leaving the kitchen and see Eddie trying to calm him down but its jlnot working. "Go in the rocking chair and rock him for a bit he's sleepy anyways" Eddie looks at me "ok babe" he does as I say and Josiah calms down and starts falling asleep but soon as liliana starts to cry he does the same.

     "Here let's switch" Eddie says and he puts Josiah on the couch I quickly give him liliana and grab Josiah and in an instant they stop can calm down. " burp her I just fed her" I say to Eddie he does as I ask and I go upstairs putting Josiah in his crib. He wiggles a bit because liliana isn't there before he cries Eddie comes in and lays liliana there. Sighing thank god.

    Kissing eddies lips "good job of handling Josiah today he's warming up to you more" Eddie laughs saying "as he should he'll be strong and handsome like his dad" nodding I say "yes hopefully he doesn't have a big head like you" I say playfully and we laugh together.

     Sara and David come upstairs saying "bye you guys we are gonna go" I get up hugging them both "ok bye guys" I say following them down the stairs and locking the door.

   Going back upstairs I see Eddie kissing the babies and I smile leaning on the door. He is really the best guy I've ever meet and I'm glad we are together I start to think.

Sooo life is great for Maria and her family I'm sorry this chapter wasn't so long but the next chapter will be better I promise and please comment and vote any thoughts you may have :) - monae
