Chapter Four

I go to the coffee shop across the street when I wake up. I have a massive headache.

I walk in and it's very calm.
"A small coffee 1 cream 2 sugars."
"Sure thing."

I grab my coffee and sit in the corner, I brought a book and start reading.

I hear someone sit down next to me. I look up and it's Ren.
"Well hey T"
"Oh hi."
"What are you doing here?"
"Reading I guess"
She smiles,
There's some awkward silence when she speaks up,
"Hey, um," she rubs her neck,
"Can I have your number?"
"Oh, sure."
I give her my number and she gives me hers. She straightens her jacket and gets up.
"Well I'll talk to you later Taryn." She winks and laughs as she walks away.
Why did she wink at me?
I finish my chapter and get a coffee for G and head back.

"Wake up !"
"Eh. Oh my god. Stop screaming, Jesus."
"I got you some coffee"
"Thanks. Now let me sleep."
"Well I was going to go shopping today."
"I'll come with you after I sleep 10 more years"
"Geeeeeee" I whine.
"Ugh god. I'll go."
"Yay!"

She takes a shower and puts on jeans a tee shirt, beanie, and some sunglasses.

"What are we shopping for anyway?"
"Well I figured I could use some school supplies, and some clothes, and I want a hair cut."
"That's sounds like a lot of work."
"You'll love it."

We drive to the mall, we go from store to store, laughing and trying on outfits. I went to a hair cut place and they took and inch or two off and bleached it, then went on to dye it purple.

I laughed and laughed at my hair.
New me. Right?

G was tired and had had enough. We drove back to the dorm and sat down to watch a movie.
We turned on 21st jump street.

Halfway through, I got a text.

Ren: hey
Me: hi
Ren: wanna see a movie this Friday?
Me: oh uh yeah sure what time?
Ren: 7?
Me: sure
Ren: okay cool.

G noticed "who was that"
"Some girl I met at the party we're going to the movies"
"Sounds like taryn's got a date"
"Shut up. She's a girl anyway"
"Hey Hun, that never stopped anybody."
