You were watching TV, just like Sarah suggested, waiting impatiently for it to be midnight. Who could it be that wanted to meet you here? Alpha, maybe, but would he write you a message about it? You didn't think so. You already met Luke, Diego knows you and the rest of the pack isn't really interested. Something then distracted you, it was Sarah, she walked down the stairs, very loudly for that matter.

"You're still up?" she yawns, stretching, a hint of concern in her eyes.

"Yeah, I just can't sleep" you answer sighing, you didn't want to explain yourself to her, your explanation being the message.

"New area, you'll get used to it" she smiles reassuringly, gets a glass of water from the kitchen and without another word, walks back into her room. You hear the door shut close, deciding to go into your room to prepare. You put some pillows and stuffed them under the blanket, so it looks like you're in the bed. Hopefully noone will check on you, Sarah should be sound asleep for the rest of the night. You reread the message, behind the pack house, okay then.

If you arrive before this person you could get to see them first, which in your mind was an advantage. It was fifteen to midnight, time to go. You jumped out of the window and started making your way to the pack house, your thoughts eating you from the inside. Once you were there you jumped onto a tree and waited patiently for someone, if this wasn't just a prank of course. It's been a few minutes, maybe this person doesn't show up?

Suddenly you hear "You know, trees aren't the best hiding places" says an unfamiliar female voice behind you. Your head snaps towards her so that you almost lose your balance, but a cat never truly does. You regain your cool, taking a better look at her. She was sitting behind you on the branch, it was the girl from, well, when you were tied today. The one that you may have been a little jealous of, but hey.

"It's you" you tell her with a small gasp, she seems surprised.

"I didn't think you would notice we met" she says calmly, almost like she planned this out. You didn't want to get close to her so you kept your side of the branch, feeling very challenged to trust her.

"Right, I'm sorry for scaring you. I didn't mean to honestly, I just wanted to talk" she smiles warmly, suddenly she didn't look cold anymore, it's like her whole character changes when she smiles. You nodded, unsure of this new side.

"I'm Mali-Koa, I'm alpha's sister" she explains, your eyes widen at her words. Of course! How did you not see that earlier? They look identical, well, almost. One of his tattoos had the same name, now it made sense.

"How did I not see that earlier?" you chuckle, feeling a little more relaxed now for some reason.

"It's fine, who even notices that when they are tied to a chair, listening to my brother blab about things?" she laughs, you couldn't help but join in with a small laugh of yours.

"Wanna get down, so we could talk properly?" she asks, you nod again, words didn't seem to be leaving your mouth today. She starts climbing down, but you just jump, landing perfectly on your feet, silently cursing yourself since you don't know if these people here know of werecats.

"You're one strange wolf, I hate climbing" she smiles, you chuckle at her comment.

"It's nothing special" you shrug with a small smile, trying to be more open towards her.
