Yeosang's pov

"Jae! Tell them!" Jae's mom exclaimed as she was being dragged away. Jae tilted his head cutely.

"But you said not to lie! You tried to hit me until red haired mister stopped you!" Jae spoke softly. The police nodded and led her to the car. They carefully put her into the back and drove away.

"Jae, where's your dad? Is he around?" I asked softly. Jae shook his head no.

"My daddy died when I was even younger. I don't know how, but I hope he's happy!" Jae smiled. I frowned and hugged him close.

"Yeosang, what are you doing? We can't just take him from here!" Mingi exclaimed. I smiled at him and wordlessly asked to keep Jae.

"Please! He has no one now! He would be placed in an orphanage and we don't know how they would treat him!" I whined. Mingi sighed and nodded.

"Jae, how do you feel about Mingi and I taking care of you until mommy is out of jail?" I asked him for confirmation. He nodded and hugged his small arms around my neck.

"Please! Please! Please!" Jae whined. I nodded and carried him back to our table. He sat in my lap.

"Did you eat yet, Jae?" I asked. He nodded happily. I looked at Mingi.

"I think we have to rain check on our date, Mingi. We should get Jae home before it gets too dark." I comment. I stood up and sat Jae on my hip.

"I guess so. How about tomorrow we go out for clothes for him to wear?" Mingi asked and took my free hand.

"What will the others think when we bring home a kid?" I asked timidly. Mingi's eyes widened as he remembered we lived with six other guys.

"Hopefully they'll just accept Jae..." Mingi mumbled. I nodded my head.

"Mingi, please go get the others and tell them to meet me in the kitchen." I pleaded. Mingi kissed my cheek and wandered off.

"Jae, I live with six other guys. Are you okay with that?" I asked. He nodded happily.

"So there's eight guys here? Will you all play with me?" Jae asked quietly. I smiled and ruffled his hair.

"Absolutely!" I smiled. Jae smiled too and hugged me tightly.

"Guys, this is crazy, I know, but I may have just adopted a child." I smiled and turned around with Jae in my arms. They all cooed at Jae.

"Mingi, how did you let this happen?" San asked. I looked at San sadly.

"He was about to be beat, San! Mingi stopped his mom from hitting him and he said he was happy to go home with us! If anyone has a problem with Jae, I'll leave. I love you guys- yes- but I've always yearned to have a family of my own. I'll find another—"

"No! Please don't leave us, Yeosang!" Wooyoung knelt on the ground, his hands held in a begging way. San joined him on the ground.

"Boys, get up! I won't leave, but I won't hesitate if someone hurts Jae. He's precious to me now although I just met him today. Look how small and cute he is!" I cooed and hugged him. He hugged me back and laughed happily.

"Wait, Yeosang. I thought you like Mingi? Why those two boys look at you the same way?" Jae asked. I smoothed down his hair and kissed his head.

"I like them, also. I like Mingi, but I also like San," I knelt down and kissed his forehead, "and Wooyoung." I kissed his forehead too. Jae smiled and held onto me tightly.

"But mommy always said that it was wrong to like more than one person. And she also said it was wrong for two boys." Jae then gasped. He looked at me shocked.

"You broke both of mommy's rules and nothing bad has happened! Is it really okay?" Jae asked. I nodded my head.

"You can love anyone you want, Jae. Your mommy can't stop you now. Aww are you sleepy, Jae?" I asked as I watched the five year old yawn. He rubbed his eyes cutely and nodded.

"Come on, babies, let's get you to bed." San cooed and led us towards his bedroom. I smiled at Jae.

"Are you okay with sleeping with San and I?" I asked him sweetly. He was already asleep on my shoulder. I cooed at him and kissed his chocolate brown hair.

"San, can you get him so I can change?" I asked. San nodded and gently took Jae from my arms. Jae stayed deep asleep as he was moved. I quickly changed into a large t shirt San got me and climbed into bed beside Jae. San laid on the other side of me.

"San?" I asked. He hummed in response. I rolled around to face him and kissed his lips sweetly.

"I love you. Thank you for letting me bring Jae in here." I smiled and San kissed my lips sweetly again. He kissed my forehead then pulled me into his chest.

"You need sleep, baby. You deserve it." San smiled. I nodded and curled more into his side.

"Where's my son?" A woman's shrill voice screamed from downstairs. I quickly looked over and saw Jae gone. I jumped out of bed and quickly began searching for the younger boy. I thankfully found him as he came out of san's bathroom when I called for him.

"Jae, baby, come here. I'll protect you." I smiled and opened my arms. He ran into me crying big tears into my shirt. I quickly started soothing the child.

"Jae, don't worry. She can't come in— Jae go back in the bathroom." I exclaimed as I saw the woman run through the hallway.

"Lock the door, okay? Stay quiet and don't open it unless it's one of us misters. I will come get you when she's gone, I promise you." I tell the crying boy. He nods and runs back into the bathroom. Once I heard the door lock, I stood up and pulled on a pair of shorts.

His mom finally came running into my room. She looked around the room expectantly but dropped to the ground.

"You took him, I know you did!" She shouted our of breath. I glared at the woman.

"You were about to beat the poor boy! Why wouldn't I give him a better home?" I asked. She sighed and raked her hand through her hair.

"Fine, you want to raise that demon child? Go for it. I'll give you the guardianship." She snarled.

"See you in court!" I exclaimed as she ran out. I smiled and gently knocked on the bathroom door.

"Jae, you can come out." I smiled as the little boy opened the door fearfully.

"Is she really going to let me stay with you?" He asked excitedly. I nodded my head. He squealed and jumped into my arms.

"Yay! I get to stay with Yeosangie and Mingi!" He exclaimed. I smiled and reminded him of the others who would love him too.

"Hopefully you get to stay with us for a long time! Mommy said Yeosangie and mingi could watch you while she's in jail."

"Yeosang! Are you guys okay?" San and Wooyoung slid onto their knees beside us on the carpet.

"He's a little shaken up, but he's okay." I smiled and ran a hand through Jae's hair. San pouted.

"It seems like you love him more than Woo, Mingi and I." San whines. I nodded my head.

"But remember the difference, boys. I love Jae, but I'm in love with you. There's a big difference." I smiled.
