"So this is what y'all do for fun in Seoul?" you asked the group of people you had become acquainted with because of your roommate.

You were currently standing outside of an abandoned parking garage. It was a gargantuan mass of concrete and steel that was at least seven stories tall. It was covered in art and vines growing up the side.

"Run around parking garages in the middle of the night?" Chanyeol turned his head to you. "Didn't you know that's the way the cool kids nowadays get their shits and giggles?"

"Kids?" Jimin scoffed. "You're like 30."

Chanyeol rolled his eyes and slapped the back of her shoulder. She squinted at him and hit his wrist.

Right where you had hit him with the bat.

"Ahhh!" he wrenched out falling onto his knees in pain.

"Okay, okay," Jimyoung stepped between them and helped his brother up. "That's enough you two."

They both crossed their arms and rolled their eyes, facing their backs to one another.

The whole interaction reminded you so much of yourself and your brothers. Whenever they got into a fight it was always you who broke it up. It was you who controlled and cleaned up the situation. You were one that had them make amends and they loved you for it.

'I guess it's a middle child thing,' you smiled to yourself.

He sighed and leaned back in annoyance. "Apologize."

The other two scowled and mumbled apologies to each other.

"They always like this?" you asked Minghao.

He chuckled and dropped a lazy arm around your shoulder. "You have no idea."

You looked at the hand resting on your shoulder and smiled softly. You looked at the tall man whose face was a little too close to yours for it not to be flirty.

"You're a little flirt aren't you," you cocked your brow at him.

He smirked.

'Damn.'

"You have no idea," he winked.

You laughed and playfully pushed him away.

He smiled and staggered back, ruffling his hair back. Of course, the shove (if you can even call it that) didn't stop him from returning to his original position with his arm around your shoulder.

You didn't mind it. In fact, you loved it.

It reminded you of the way your best friend in Daegu would treat you. You guys always used to flirt with each other and never mean it.

Oh, how you missed him.

So you let him continue having his arm around your shoulders for nostalgic purposes only. Or, at least that's what you told yourself.
