Chapter Eight

"I wish we're on the same class," Dahyun tells Jimin.

The two are on their way to school.

Jimin smiled. He already knows that he'll be on the same class with hers, but he wants to surprise her.

"Hmm, let's see," he pretends he doesn't know.

"Can I just request you to tour me in the entire campus?" Dahyun asked worriedly. "I'm not good in making friends. I grew up in province. I'm afraid that they'll find me different."

Jimin parked his car. "Don't worry. No one's gonna mess with you as long as I'm here," he assures her. But Dahyun still looks bothered. He sighs. "Hey," he placed his hand on her shoulder, "you'll be fine." Then he smiles at her.

Feeling slightly relieved, Dahyun smiled back at him.

"Thanks, Jimin."

"Have you heard the rumors? There's a new transferee and she's automatically in Class A!"

"Woah! Class A? Isn't it the section for smart students?

"Yes!"

"She perfect the entrance exam. That's very rare!"

"Only Minhee perfect the exam."

"Well, I guess it's not just her anymore."

"Is she pretty?"

"Well, no one sees her in person yet."

"How did you even know about this?"

"Well, I overheard the Principal and his secretary talking about it when I was called in the Principal's office."

"Oh wait. Is she that girl?"

"What? Where?"

"Oh my god."

"Waah. She's pretty too!"

"And she's with Jimin!"

"Is she Jimin's new girl?"

"Well, they look good together so there's a possibility that they're dating."

Taehyung kicks the door of the rooftop, startling the three girls gossiping.

"Don't you have important things to do instead of talking with your annoying voices?!" He went down the stairs. Every steps makes the three girls startled in fear. "You all just ruined my morning." He finally reached the last step, glaring down at the three girls.

"W-We're very sorry, Taehyung. W-We didn't know that you're up there," one of the girls apologized, looking scared and nervous.

"That's his territory, you dumb," one of them whispers, but too loud for Taehyung to hear. "We shouldn't have stayed here."

"Get lost!" He yells at them.

They hurriedly sprinted off and Taehyung rolled his eyes at them. "Annoying, bitches," he mumbled.

He then glanced outside the building and his blood is boiling with the sight.

Jimin and Dahyun together.

"They look good together? Bullshit! Them together is an eyesore," he said before heading to his class.

"You can go now," Dahyun tells Jimin. "I'll be fine," she smiles at him. "Thanks for walking me to my room."

Jimin covers his mouth to stop himself from laughing so much.
