"Can you please slow down?" Dahyun pleaded, catching her breath.
Taehyung halted his steps then faced her. "Why did you go there? Don't you know that's a dangerous place? Why do you always get yourself in trouble?" he bombarded her with lots of questions.
"I just want to return something to Jungkook," she said.
He doesn't know why he feels annoyed whenever Dahyun is being too close to any guys. First, Jimin and now this Class D guy.
"How the hell did you know him at the first place?" he asked, sounding annoyed.
"I bumped into him - "
Taehyung scoffed. "You just bumped him, then you're already being comfortable with him. What the hell is that, Dahyun?"
"Let me finish first," she said. She's losing her patience too. Her back is aching and now she doesn't know why she's explaing to Taehyung at the first place. Isn't he the one who said that they will never talk to each other again. But look at him now.
Feeling pissed, Dahyun started walking away.
"Where do you think you're going? We're still talking!" he yelled at her, following her and grabbing her arm to stop her.
She faced him. "What is wrong with you?" she asked. "Last time, you told me to stay away from you. But look at you now? You're being talkative and nagging at me nonstop. I don't understand you anymore. You're confusing me!" she bursted out.
Taehyung was surprised with her sudden outburst. She looks fed up and tired. He badly wants to apologize with his acts, but something's holding him back. He's fucked up again.
"Yah! Why did you two left me there?" Thank god Jeongyeon came and broke the awkward atmosphere. "Ahh, my scalp hurts," she gently massaged her head. "Hey, Dahyun. How's your back? Do you want to go the clinic?" she asked worriedly.
"What happened to her back?" Taehyung asked.
"Nothing," Dahyun said and grabbed Jeongyeon's hand. "Let's go," she said to her.
"One of the guys, I think his name is Park Sungmin, pushed Dahyun really hard on the wall," Jeongyeon revealed.
"Jeongyeon," Dahyun hissed at her.
"What? He's asking," she replied, shrugging her shoulders.
Taehyung clenched his fist in anger and his gaze darkened. "Who else hurt you?" he asked Dahyun.
Dahyun saw the anger written on his face. She knows it when Taehyung is really pissed, especially when someone hurt her, intentionally or unintentionally. "It doesn't matter. I'm fine now," she said, firmly stopping him for whatever he's planning to do.
"No, you're not!" Jeongyeon said. She slightly lifted Dahyun's blouse from the back and saw something purplish. "You got a really bad bruise," she said, sounding really worried.
"Take her to the clinic," Taehyung told Jeongyeon.
"Where are you going? What are you going to do?" Dahyun asked him.
He faced Dahyun and replied, "What he deserved to be." Then he walked away with heavy steps and clenched fists.
"Taehyung, no!" Dahyun shouted at him, but he ignored her and continued to walk away. Jeongyeon hold on to her, stopping her from following Taehyung. "Jeongyeon, we need to stop him! He's gonna get in trouble!" she told her.
"Dahyun, calm down. He's just gonna warn him," Jeongyeon said. "Let me take you to the clinic, please."
Dahyun looked back at the way Taehyung went. She hopes that he won't get himself in trouble, even though she doubts that's possible. But still, she hopes that he will be safe and won't get hurt.
