She felt someone moving her shoulder
"Nari, wake up"
She slowly opened her eyes, squinting at the bright light coming from the window
Adjusting her eyes to the brightness, she realized she was now in her bedroom
She sat up from her bed, rubbing her still swollen eyes, she faced Sunhee who was trying to talk to her
"What time is it?"
Nari asked, voice still hoarse
"It's 2 in the afternoon"
Her eyes went wide, frantically sitting up on her bed, but before she could run to the bathroom, Sunhee spoke
"If you're worried about training, don't be, it's a Sunday and coach decided to give us the week off"
Hearing her words, Nari immediately calmed, falling back to her bed and closing her eyes again
"Then why the heck did you wake me up?"
She asked, annoyed
Sunhee knew how much she loved sleep, and her being the one to wake her up, it meant she had to talk to her urgently
"Nari"
Sunhee said with a serious tone, the tone she would use when she was about to tell or ask her something important
Nari noticing this, she knew it wasn't meant to be taken lightly, she opened her eyes slowly then sat up from her bed
Facing Sunhee who was standing right beside her bed, she patted the spot beside her, telling her to sit down
When she did she looked at her friend with worried eyes
Nari waited for her to talk, and when she did she was all ears
"What happened between you and Jungkook?"
Nari held in her breath, she should have guessed she was going to ask about this, but she didn't know how to explain
She definitely remembers what happened, but what exactly did happen
The memory crashing down all at once
Okay she cried, he came, they hugged, she slept, how was she suppose to explain that?
Getting overwhelmed, she couldn't think of what to say next
"How did you know I was with him?"
Was all she could muster, only noticing then that she hasn't been breathing
Hearing her response, panic and frustration started showing in Sunhee's face
"You are so lucky it was me and Taehyung who first came in the room!"
She then grabbed Nari's face, turning it from side to side, checking if she had any bruises or cuts
"Did he do anything to you? Did he touch you?"
She asked, her voice cracking as if she was about to breakdown
"No, no"
Nari said immediately, grabbing both of Sunhee's hands and rubbing them, trying to soothe her panicked state
"I'm fine, I'm okay"
Despite Sunhee being older, she was always the one with a softer heart, she could cry easily over things, she would probably even cry for a complete stranger
Once Sunhee calmed down she kept asking Nari questions, questions she's probably been waiting the whole morning to ask
"Why was he with you?"
"Why him of all people?"
"Why were you all alone together?"
"Why were you asleep?"
"And why the fuck were you hugging eachother?"
Not knowing which to answer first, her mouth opened and closed like a spaced out fish
Sunhee raised an eyebrow, expecting answers but let out a sigh when she noticed her friend's confused expression
"Okay, sorry, I'm too straightforward"
She then looked at Nari straight at the eyes while placing both her hands on her shoulders, her expression softening
"I just keep thinking what could have happened if it weren't me and Tae who saw you"
"What if it was someone else?"
"News of both of you possibly dating would spread like wildfire"
Sunhee's eyes held and expression as if she was a mother worried for her child
"I just don't want you getting in trouble"
She said, offering her a light smile
Nari giving a smile of her own, hugged her while patting her back
"I won't, I promise"
She then pulled away
"Thank you"
"Bitch you better be!"
Sunhee exclaimed while making her way to the door, but before she could head out, curiosity getting the best of Nari, she had to ask
"Oh yeah, Sunhee?"
She called out
"Hm?"
Sunhee, turning back to her friend on the bed, waiting for her to continue
"How did I get home?"
A mischievous smile made it's way to Sunhee's face, giving out that what she was about to say wasn't good
"He carried you back here"
She said, Nari could've sworn her heart stopped beating
"He what?"
"He carried you on his back going home"
She said again, bluntly saying it as if it was no big deal which was not the case for Nari
"And why the fuck didn't you or Tae do it?!"
She asked, a blush creeping up her face
"Did you think we can?"
Disbelief evident in her words
"Your taller than me and if you forgot Taehyung is practically a child, he could have dropped you anytime"
"Besides... he offered to do it"
Nari's eyes couldn't have possibly gotten any bigger, as embarrassment took over, she laid back on her bed and covered her face with the sheets of her bed
"I was probably so heavy"
She whined, her blush now spreading to her whole face
"Uh, I don't really think so, he carried you behind his back like it was nothing"
She said, trying to make it a little less embarrassing for her friend
"Was that suppose to help?"
Sunhee chuckled, finding her friends "devastated" state funny
"Hey, I tried"
Sunhee brought both of her hands as a sign of surrender, then left Nari to whine to herself in her room
