1. Much

Sunshine

Glancing at the window, Nari could see the sun already at it's highest peak in the morning telling her a new day has started

But still being tired from yesterday's training, she hid herself under her duvet to block the bright rays of the sun

As an athlete, if she found any opportunity to just rest and sleep she'd gladly do so

It was a Saturday, meaning she had no classes, but there was training

again

Saturday training didn't happen often but considering their team making it to the final four of the season, it was needed

Being the captain of the women's volleyball team also meant she had to set a good example, especially to the rookies in the team

Don't get her wrong though, she loved volleyball more than anything, but she just wanted a break sometimes

Right after Nari sat up from her bed, her roommate went in to check on her

"Training starts at 12, it's 10 already, mind getting ready?"

Sunhee, her roommate and teammate, was already in her senior year while Nari was still in her sophomore year, but despite Sunhee being older, she didn't want Nari addressing her as someone older so they sticked with their names

Right after Sunhee left her room, Nari started getting ready for the day

After taking a shower Nari dried herself then changed into her training attire

She kept her hair down for the meantime because it was still wet

After slipping on some sweat pants and making sure she had her shoes and other things, she slung her gym bag over her shoulder then went to the kitchen to where Sunhee was

After eating a light breakfast they both headed out and went on their way to the gym

From the women's dorms to the gymnasium it would be a 10 minute walk across the campus

On the way, the indoor swimming pools, oval and football field would be seen

When they passed by the football field there was training going on among the men's football team

The team made it to the finals last weekend and would be playing for the title the day after tomorrow, everyone on campus was anticipating it, but not Nari, she thought she had her own games to worry about, like the playoffs for finals

She took one last look at the field before joining Sunhee again on their way to the gym

5:03 p.m.

Their training had just finished and she had already changed into her slides

She made her way to the women's shower room and took a bath

Sunhee had already went ahead, she told her awhile ago she had a project she needed to submit online by the night

After putting on her clothes and drying her hair she got out of the shower rooms then headed to the gym's exit

Cold air brushed past her face making her shiver a little, despite it being summer already, the night air was still cold

The cold air making her crave for something hot

"Ramen sounds good"

Knowing junk food weren't allowed on season she still felt the urge to eat some just for tonight

She made her way to a nearby convenience store located just right outside the campus

After scanning through the ramen section she settled with some spicy ramen and a bottle of water then quickly paid for it

Pouring a decent amount of hot water inside the container she then waited for it to cook

She sat herself down at one of the vacant seats by the window, placing her food on the table

When it was already ready she took out the chopsticks given by the cashier then split it into two

Giving it a gentle blow, she then took a bite

She melted into her seat, enjoying the taste

Its been so long since she's had instant ramen shes forgotten what it tasted like

She internally squealed, smiling to herself

After taking her second bite, she was enjoying so much she didn't notice a guy wearing a grey tracksuit looking at her

"You know, you shouldn't be enjoying something you're not allowed to have, so much"
