Thunderbirds are go one-shots

April fools? I wish... (one-shot btw)

Scott sighed in relief as he walked through his door without changing colour due to one of the twins pranks, this was highly unusual since it was April fools day and that is usually when one or all of the Tracy family members get pranked by the blonde twins, to day however Scott hasn't even heard a small scream of fear thanks to a spider planted in the chest of draws.

Nothing.

It was strange and frankly, quite worrying, Scott walked towards the twins shared room and kept an eye out for pranks along the way, he stopped at the door and knocked a few times but as they didn't answer he just let himself in...

Nothing.

The room had no humans inside of it. He checked their bathrooms, closets and game room as well as every other room that was not in their part of the house, they had to be somewhere but at the moment he had looked everywhere and couldn't find them.

"Hey John, Virg, Allie, have u seen the twins anywhere?" Scott said as he entered the lounge, Virgil looked at him in mild concern and furrowed his brows "No, and we haven't been pranked yet either so maybe something is wrong" Allan said jumping to conclusions way to fast, but he had a point what if they were in trouble? "Al I'm sure they're fine but just in case can u guys help me find them?" Everyone nodded and waited for Scott's orders to search for the twins.

But were they searching in the right place???

"Come on Gords we need to hurry up I don't wanna spend any more time in this jungle then absolutely necessary, can we take a short cut maybe?" Georgia kept trudging through the jungle with her blonde brother until they reached a small path, "this is a shortcut that was used as a maintenance path for care takers before the thunderbirds were built and it was only us and kayo living on the island, should we try it? It looks a bit overgrown buuut..." Gordon trailed off as he looked down the path "ooookkkkk let's try it but if the path becomes dangerous we turn back or call for help, sound good?" Gordon nodded and gestured for his twin to follow him onto the overgrown trail.

They had been on the trail for around ten minutes and had found out it was dangerous as soon as they had stepped onto the path, they had been walking when they heard a crash and saw that a large rock had rolled onto the trail blocking their exit from that end. Gordon was still in the lead when out of nowhere he fell into a hole that had been covered up by dead leaves and twigs, there was a scream as dust flew up around him although Georgia wasn't sure wether it was him or her who screamed "GORDO!" "I'm good George" he replied quickly so he didn't worry his sister any more than needs be "I should be able to climb back up the wall, I didn't hurt myself to bad at most a few scratches and bruises" he didn't mention the stick that had impaled his stomach and he wouldn't mention it unless the pain was unbearable, Virgil was not gonna be happy about this at all. "I might need u to grab my hand and help pull me up when u can reach without falling in yourself, lucky this hole wasn't to deep so i'll be out in a jiffy" Georgia helped Gordon climb out of the hole and 5 minutes later they were walking down the path towards the other side of the jungle closer to the Vila.

They came towards a clearing where there seemed to have recently been a landslide and all the rain they had been having on the island didn't make the trail seem much safer, Gordon had slowed down to follow Georgia as his stomach was hurting as well as all the scratches and bruises scattered over his body, suddenly there was a low grumble and the twins froze in terror. There was about to be another landslide. Rock, branches and dirt rained down on the twins as they attempted to run towards the trees that would save them, or at least give them a bit of shelter to hide in throughout the slide, unfortunately the trees were quite far away when ur running in a mess of tree trunks rocks and other bits of debris from previous slides, Georgia and Gordon both fell at the same point, a large tree trunk spread across the path that they had to climb over, in her haste Georgia tripped and landed face first in the mud below, but managed to get a bit further along before the debris from the landslide. Are tumbling down on top of them, fordon managed to get over the log but didn't get quite as far as Georgia and ended up with the log that had tripped Georgia on top of him when the land slide hit. Before the landslide hit Gordon managed to lift his arm to his face and open the comm channel too his brothers.
