You loved getting to spend time with Alex, Macy and Kasey, you'd not grown up with sisters but you felt like you had them all this time. The conversation are comfortable and the laughing feels smooth, it feels like you've known and lived with them you're whole life.
There was only one down side to being in Illinois, you missed the feeling of living in the big city. Illinois was so quiet and humble, you never heard the police sirens or the gun shots that rang throughout the streets of New York City. Not that you were complaining, it was just different.
Griffin wanted to take you and the girls out for lunch to one of his favorite restaurants. You ran upstairs and began getting ready. While getting dressed you heard Kasey and Griffin talking outside your door.
"Griffin, don't you think know is kinda a fragile time in her life?"
"I mean it is but she can handle living in LA with me and the boys"
"Griff, you're going to take her out of her home in New York, move her across the country, and into a house full of boys she's never met. Is that not.."
"Kasey, I know she's your best friend and I know you want what's best for her, but we talked about this I promise you she's gonna be okay."
You smiled at the thought that Kasey was worried about you, you're mother would have never cared this much, it meant the world to you to have a family like this.
"Fine." Kasey sighed defeated
"So you coming to lunch with us or not?" Griffin asked
"I can't I have a paper to write."
You listened as Griffin receded down the hallway and Kasey shut her door. You returned to doing your makeup. You put on some light ripped jeans with a white t-shirt and walked out of your room.
You met up with Griffin and Macy in the living room, you told Alex and Graham bye as you walked out of the house, you piled into Griffin's car and you were on the way to lunch.
"Hey why didn't Graham and Alex come?" You asked from the backseat
"Uh I think Alex is feeling morning sickness or something" Macy responded while scrolling through her phone
"Yeah she said she felt sick and just wanted to rest." Griffin said without taking his eyes off the road.
You watched as he turned on some music and soon the car became a party as Macy began dancing and Griffin began belting out the lyrics to the song, you laughed and recorded the two of them being silly, and posted the video on your Snapchat story.
Soon you'd arrived at the restaurant, Griffin asked for a booth for three, the waitress said it would be a fifteen minute wait. You all went as sat down on the bench, that's when you realized you needed to use the restroom, Macy stood up to go with you while Griffin opened his phone and got on Instagram.
Once you'd finished using the toilet you went to wash your hands, you told Macy to jump on the count of three and you'd take a picture.
"1...2...3"
You both leaped into the air at the same time and snapped a quick photo. Macy laughed at the picture so hard she almost fell over, that's when another lady walked into the restroom, you both instantly got silent and left the restroom giggling. You decided to post the picture on Instagram
