Today is Sunday at the Kirk household!
Today has been a very relaxing and very fun day for Jake, Alex, Scarlett, Aurora, Levi, Avery and Ruby!
Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery happily played and watched movies with each other in the playroom all day long, while Alex and Jake did much needed house work that they haven't been able to do 'you through our the week and they also took care of Ruby who is four months old now!
During the week, Alex is extremely busy working from home while Jake is homeschooling Scarlett, Aurora and Levi and he also makes sure Avery and Ruby are taken care of and occupied!
Jake and Alex have also been really busy with their four active pets they have at home as well! Their three cats Swifty, Gaga and Underwood and their dog Lucky!
It has been almost a month since the quarantine and the shelter in place order started in California! Alex and Jake finally have a routine with their family and they have been really enjoying it!
Alex and Jake have both really loved all of the time they have been spending together as a couple and as a family!
Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery have all been enjoying spending lots of time with Jake and Alex and as well as each other!
Jake loves to watch Scarlett, Aurora and Levi learning new things during homeschooling and he also loves being home with all of the kids instead of just the younger two like it was prior to the quarantine!
Jake and Alex's relationships with all five of the kids have gotten so much stronger and closer during this quarantine as well!
Right now, Jake is making breakfast foods for dinner per the kids request while, Alex is picking up their Target grocery order!
Jake has been trying really hard to not go out shopping and expose himself, Alex or the kids to the Coronavirus!

Levi and Avery are both happily coloring pictures at the dining room table while Ruby is sitting in her bouncer on the dining room table.
Ruby is holding a baby toy and a stuffed animal while she watches Levi and Avery color and she also watches Jake cook dinner.
"Daddy! Daddy! Wook! Wook!" Avery says as he holds up his picture and gets very excited.
"I see! I see! I really love it, Avy!" Jake says to Avery with a big cheeky smile.
