Alex and Jake are going to the club for a much needed date might! Jake's best friend Jess is going to stay at the house and be with the kids. The kids are already in bed for the night so all Jess has to do is just keep an eye on things.
Jake walks into the master bedroom to see if Alex is ready.
"Allie, are you ready to go? Jess got the kids down to bed for the night so we can sneak out of the house." Jake says as he plays with his hair.
Alex finishes buttoning up his shirt and fixes his hair again in the mirror.
"I am. Are you ready, baby?" Alex asks, kissing Jake's cheek quickly and tenderly.
"I am so ready to have some fun! I am starving and I wanna have some fun drinks." Jake says with a chuckle at Alex.
Alex chuckles and creeps down the steps with Jake, and then waves goodbye to Jess. Jake also waves goodbye to to his best friend Jess.
"Have fun you two!" Jess whispers to Jake and Alex.
"We will!" Alex and Jake say in unison to Jess.
"Just call us if anything happens! Love you!" Jake says to Jess.
"I will! Love you guys too! Have fun!" Jess says to Alex and Jake.
Jake holds Alex's hand as they both walk to Alex's car.
"You look so nice, Allie. My hubby is so handsome." Jake says with a grin.
"Thank you, my love. You look stunning as always." Alex compliments Jake and opens the passenger door for him.
Jake gets in the passenger seat and puts his seatbelt on.
"Thank you, baby." Jake says happily to Alex.
Alex nods and shuts his passenger side door, getting himself in the car beside Jake in the driver's seat.
"Absolutely." Alex says with a grin, holding Jakes hand as he starts the drive to their destination which is the club.
"I'm so glad you have the next week off of work. The kids and I really really miss you. Even the cats miss you, babe." Jake says to Alex.
Alex nods, rubbing Jake's knuckles with his thumb.
"Yeah, I know. I've been really trying to work hard after switching jobs. I'm glad I have time off of work to spend this next week with my favorite people in my entire life." Alex says sweetly to Jake.
"I'm so proud of you, I hope you know that. I'm so proud to be Mr. Kirk." Jake says, kissing Alex's hand.
"Of course I do. I'm proud of you too. You are busy everyday with our kiddos." Alex says, kissing Jake's hand right back.
"You've been my biggest support system. My biggest fan for years. I know I'll always have you and the kid's support and that warms my little heart." Alex jokes with Jake.
"Aww. You have a bigger heart then the Lion does." Jake says jokingly.
Alex chuckles and squeezes Jake's hand.
"Thank you, baby. You are so kind to me always. I love you so much." Alex says to Jake.
"I love you too! I really want some quesadillas. I hope the club has some." Jake says with a chuckle.
Alex laughs at Jake's quesadilla comment.
"I'm sure they will, love. Quesadillas are a very popular club-y type food, babe." Alex says, parking the car at the club.
