Tournament Battle Royale

Denki was tired. He didn't want to continue, he just wanted to curl up in bed with some blueberry pie and go to sleep. Maybe play some COD or Minecraft. Alas, he couldn't, because the sports festival was only 1/3 done. Next was a cavalry battle. For the calvalry battle, he got picked on Todoroki's team, a major bonus for him. Denki wouldn't have to do much but his job. In addition to this already stacked team, Iida and Momo decided to join. A wonder team no less. So for the next hour, Denki ran around the arena, keeping the right flank clear as they hunted for the juicy points. 

"With Todoroki calling the shots, I won't have to do anything! What a great deal!" Denki thought internally. 

Of course, they were the highest value team, with 2 of the top 3 in one team. Unfortunately, the judges decided on a coin toss, which went in Midoriya's favor. Denki didn't mind, he would just stel the points back. 

As he spit electricity( a new skill! ) at Mineta, who looked to be targetting the back of Momo rather than Todoroki, the creep, he spotted the high target Midoriya.

"Captain, on your right!" he told the icy boi on top. Todoroki scanned the arena and locked in on the broccoli boi. 

"I see him, but we have a problem," Todoroki replied quietly,"How do we get across with out losing points, it's like an impossible gauntlet." 

"We can burst through with speed!" Iida exclaimed in his enthusiastic manner, "No one could possible keep up with us."

"One small complaint, Iida," Momo spoke up,"Midoriya is much too close to the edge for my personal comfort. Needless to say, even if you could stop on your own at highspeeds, you now have the extra weight of a team who doesn't have that kind of experience."

"Yes, apologies, fellow combatants, I got too much ahead of myself," Iida apologized.

"No, it's fine, Iida, I was thinking on the same lines," Todoroki replied, still as quiet as before.

"Moses parts the seas," Denki chuckled. Then an idea.

"M-moses parts... the seas..." he realized it. 

"Todoroki, use your ice to create a barrier on either side as we run towards Midoriya, kinda like a sheild. Have the two colomns make a beeline straight to his position," Denki explained, sending a shock towards Kendo's group, who was rushing up on his side.

"Midoriya is a good observationist, so he'll see right through our plan and attempt a breakout, so you'll need to box him in with those two ice columns."

"I see," Todoroki worked it out as he blasted Bakugou's group away from theirs, the screams of the frustrated spikey boi echoing in the arena.

"But Midoriya can probably escape by using Tokoyami to lift him over," Momo pointed out, detonating landmines she had placed down earlier, eviscerating Tetsutetsu's group. 

"That's why we'll implement Iida's idea, but to a lesser extent," Denki addressed this, "Momo, just hang on back there and Todoroki, shift your weight foward and grab something. We'll only have about a second after Midoriya is surrounded before he tries to escape."

Iida and Denki looked at each other.

"How fast can you go, Mr. Kaminari?" Iida asked him.

"I have a burst of speed a few miles shy of the speed of sound, but only for a few seconds, then I slow down," Denki replied, calculating the stored energy inside of him.

"I can easily reach that," Iida said confidently, facing the target. 

"Let's go the speed of sound," Denki calculated, "If we keep a 75 meter distance, we'll get there at about 0.218 of a second. That'll leave Todoroki to grab the headband and for us to make our exit."
