*Small Extreme Scene Warning*

Kaminari Residence, 11:00 p.m, Friday, 1 week After Bombing Incident

The muted sound of the news blared in the background in Denki's room. The TV was still on, on it was the recording of last week's incident incident. His own name echoed in the otherwise dark room, only lit by his TV and his desk lamp.

Denki typed furiously on his computer, looked at his notes, jotted a bullet point down, then went back to typing. It was late, yes, but this needed to be done, he couldn't sleep until this was solved. The bags under his eyes were ever present, and the cup of coffee he ad made was almost empty. Denki, stopped, looked at his notes once more, and sighed in frustration.

He leaned back into his chair and started to absentmindedly play with one of his combat knives. He twirled it around his fingers, let it drop then catch it at the last minute, flipped it into the air, caught is, the repeated. "There's something I'm missing, but what?!?" He said quietly, looking at his computer, "What is the connection?"

The screen was a police report on the boy, Seishin Murasakibara, which recording every single file, his criminal records, health record, school report card, even family records. Before the bombing, this kid was squeaky clean, the top kid in his class, and a reasonable amount of love and support. He wasn't mean, according to his teachers, family, and classmates, he was kind, mild, and well-spoken. He was bullied, according to his family and friends, but never to an extent where it's completely change the course of the case. So why? Why?? Why did this kid, who was just the absolute poster child of kindness, suddenly want to bomb a mall of innocent people? And how? How did someone like him get a hold of military grade ordinance? Certainly not on his measly allowance of 2500 yen(20 dollars), so how?

 Denki threw his knife, which embedded itself into the connection board on the opposite wall, where all his evidence on the incident remained strung up. Denki took a look at his health records. He stopped, and looked at his quirk.

"None"

He looked further, to mental health.

"Depression"

"Mood Swings"

"Suicidal Thoughts"

Denki gritted his teeth, how could have missed this. He looked at past injuries, broken arms, sprained ankles and,  "A near drowned experience?! Asphyxiation?! Broken ribs, facial physical blunt trauma, this guy dies almost every day!" He whispered in both shock, amazement, and a little disgust. He knew what this was, he didn't really need to look at the doctor's note of "Possible human influence on injuries". This was a guy getting beat up, but no one appeared to notice or took any care to look deeper. He took a look at Murasakibara's police statement, in particular, one line;

"They can't say I'm not scary anymore, they'll all regret it one day"

"Sound's like he feels like a victim of bullying feels, resentful," he thought quietly. Denki wrote his thoughts on a paper, took a sip of coffee, then walked over to his board, paper in hand. He pinned it on the bottom, the board filled with papers. He drew the connections, and he connected the dots.

"Murasakibara was bullied for being quirkless, like Midoriya was with Bakugou. But it seems that he not only had emotional trauma, but physical as well," he muttered to himself, "Also, is friends seemed to tell of times where he went missing for long stretches, and came back much more quiet and reserved than usual," He connected a pin to another, he was gaining on the answer, Denki could feel it. "We have a possible motive, but it's not strong enough on it's own," Denki backed away and scratched the back of his head, thinking. "Cases like these often have a figure or group that negatively grows this ambition for revenge, someone that feeds the monster that is vengeance. But they usually have the same motives, so who?"
