Ashtrid's POV
After the wedding ceremony, we spent the whole day having fun. There were laughters everywhere. Pinangunahan yun ni Tito Henri. Napailing nalang ako habang pinagmamasdan silang lahat.
I changed into something comfortable, just a plain white dress above the knee.
"Sana hindi na matapos ang katuwaan na ito.." I whispered.
"Oo nga, I want the time to stop." Thea agreed.
The sun is about to go down, I smiled as I watched the majestic view of the sunset, the people I cherish the most, and the man who's looking at me now.
"Let's thank everyone." I told him.
With our hands intertwined, tinahak namin ang daan patungo sa harap.
"I wan't to thank everyone for being here and helping us." I sincerely said.
"Eros threatened us!" Sigaw ni Logan na ikinatawa naming lahat.
"Thank you everyone, for making this day memorable." Malamig na sambit ni Eros.
Everyone cheered and teased us.
"Woahh! Did you hear that? Marunong palang magpasalamat!" Damos teased him even more.
"Ano ulit? Hindi ko narinig!" asar din ni Rico.
"Shut up." Sambit ni Eros pero ngayon ay nakangiti na.
Looking at these beautiful faces laughing and smiling genuinely, I felt my heart jumped because of overflowing joy. My mother is smiling brightly as she stared at me...I can never ask for more.
Halos nagkakatinginan kami nang may marinig na isang malakas na putok. Agad kaming naalarma. Humigpit ng hawak ko ay Eros at napapikit sa kakaibang kabang lumukob sa dibdib ko.
My hunch was confirmed when someone interrupted us.
"We are being attacked!" screamed the man.
"Fuck!" Eros cursed.
Kaniya kaniyang mura din ang lahat, agad kaming nagmadali at naghanda para sa paparating. I mentally killed Derrick in my head. For fuck's sake! We are caught off guard! Sa kasal pa namin talaga! Ngayon pa talaga!
Agad kaming nagmadali sa training room at kinuha ang lahat ng armas.
"Move faster!" Eros commanded.
I changed into an armored suit. Ganun din ang ginawa ng aming mga kasama. Like me, Jezel tied their hair and put on their armored suits.
