Chapter 11

It was after 5th period and everyone was hoping on the buses for the the shopping trip. Due to the time differences, they have to go during day time. Fishlegs was sitting next to ruff. Probably talking about matching outfits. Hiccup put his earphones in and rested his head on the window. He was so caught up in his own world he didn't notice someone sit next to him, until they tapped him on the shoulder.

"SHIT!!!, "he yelped. Earphones falling out of his ears.

"Jesus... Don't ever do that again, "he warned Astrid. She just laughed.

"I'm sorry, "she teased.

"What you doing here?, "he asked putting his earphones back in and turning them down. "

No where else to sit, "she answered "besides, do you expect me to sit next to snot face."

He looked over his seat to see snotlout flirting with some girls.

"Good point, "he said. Then it turn into a comfortable silence. The bus stated going. The nearest town was 2 hours away, and now is usually night time for them, so most of them will be sleeping.

"What ya listening to?, "she asked.

"Impossible by James Arthur. Want to share?, "he asked. Offering her the right earplug.

"Sure, "she said putting it in her ear.

As the trip went on, astrid fell asleep on hiccups shoulder. He looked over and smiled. She was so peaceful when she slept. He pushed some of her bangs out of her eyes and behind her ear. They arrived at the mall and he had to wake her up.

"Astrid, "he whispered.

"Mmh, "she hummed.

"We're here. You have to get up."

"Five more minutes, "she mumbled cuddling closer to him.

"No can do m'lady, "he chuckled.

"Fine, "she sighed finally opening her eyes. When she noticed the position she was in, she quickly let go and started blushing.

"I... I-I-I'm sorry.... Um...yeah, "she stuttered. But then noticed the grin on his face.

"Your enjoying this, aren't you?, "she asked.

"Very," he smiled

"Fuck off haddock, "she hissed leaving the bus.

"Don't be like that, "he called. But she just flipped him off. He laughed, following her off the bus. By now everyone was inside and was looking around.

"Wow, "said Fishlegs admiring all the shops.

"Pretty amazing, right?, "said hiccup.

"You have no idea, "he mumbled.

"Isn't this awesome, "said Tuffnut, suddenly wrapping his arms around the two boys.

"Ah..., "screamed Fishlegs.

"Where'd you come from?, "asked hiccup. Not fazed at all by his sudden appearance.

"From my mom, "he answered. Like its the most obvious thing in the world.

"No, I mean where'd you come from in here, "hiccup rephrased.

"Oh.... What?, "he asked confused.

"Doesn't matter "he sighed "What you want?"

"Oh, since guppy legs is going with my sister to the dance, l'm keeping an eye on him, "he answered. Looking at a penguin hat.

"Why?"asked fishlegs
