Berk Vampire Academy Pt. 1 & 2

Chapter 6

The tension in the air, was really, really, awkward. Everyone was just staring at us. Waiting to see what's going to happen next. My dad was glaring at me. I mean, a real, cold, glare. I was looking up at him, since he was a foot taller then me. I didn't know what to do. I noticed that he looked older, paler. More paler then a vampire should be. He has grey hairs in his beard, and slight bags under his eyes.

"Dad, I can explain-",

"What were you thinking?, "he growled. I flinched slightly at his tone.

"I-"

"What the hell were you thinking. Running of like that. Do you know how stupid that was of you? Do you know how many vampires would of loved to get there hands on you? Or worst hunters. I don't know what got into, but it has to stop. What would your mother-"

"Don't, "I snapped. Whipping my head up, looking at him.

"Excuse me, "he growled.

"I said don't. Don't you dare bring mum into this, "i hissed.

"Hiccup, I am your father and you'll listen to me, "dad growled

I started laughing. "Are you serious? Your not my father. You haven't been since the day she died, "i yelled back.

Stoick glared at me."How dare you. How dare you yell at me and embarrass me. How dare you disgrace your family name. How dare you run away like that and-"

"And how dare you for not acting like the father your meant to be," i yelled. My fangs showing.

Normal pov

Hiccup was starting to get angry, really angry and he didn't know if he could control it.

"What are you talking about? I was a great-"

"No you weren't. You didn't give a shit about me. All you cared about was this stupid school and your honor. And not about your 5 year old son who just lost his mother. Gobber was more a father to me then you were. At least he was there for me, instead of burying his head in work, trying to get rid of the guilt. You barely even looked at me. You didn't even notice me until I ran away, stoick, "he yelled. He spat that last word out like he just drank a bottle if poison. Everyone was shocked at what he just said. He's never talked back to his father, and some have to admit. This side of him is scary.

Stoick was staring at him with wide eyes too. He's never heard his son talk like that before. Especially the way he said his name. Gobber was standing behind him. Where he came up during the conversation. It's not the conversation that's made him go wide eyed it's what's happening to hiccup.

"Is hiccup glowing?, "whispered tuff to his sister. She nodded in. response.

"What the...?, "whispered astrid.

There was a black aura coming from hiccups clenched fists, and lightly Covering his body. Gobber noticed that his normal forest green eyes, had turned a blood red. Stoick noticed this to. His shocked expression turned into any angry one.

"Now you lis-"

"Stoick, "gobber interrupted. Stepping between father and son. "Maybe you should take this dispute some where else?"

"Why's that?, "asked Stoick threw clenched teeth.

"Because your making a scene, "he whispered. Stoick then noticed all the students eyes. Watching intensely, waiting to see what's going to happen.

"Yes. "Stock said. "We'll take this-"

"No, "interrupted hiccup. The glowing disappearing now. "This is "over. "He started walking away.
