Episode 1: The Beginning

"Snake Meadowbrook,8:00 P.M"

A white SUV casually drove down the country highway, blasting music along the way. Two highschool graduates, Titano and Kiryu were on their way back home until receiving text messages about a meeting with someone that once knew in biology class. They only graduated three days ago and wanted to spend the rest of the week celebrating with their former classmates.

Titano sighed, putting his chin on his hand before looking down to look at his phone. Kiryu looked out of his window, finding nothing but cotton fields and oak forests in the distance. Suddenly a large winged figure swooped from the treeline on Titano's side, smashing against the side of the vehicle.

Kiryu and Titano yelled at the top of their lungs as their SUV careened off of the road before landing into a shallow creek off of the side of the road. Both passengers crawled from their vehicles, looking back and finding a red skinned demon with large wings and bat like ears. It was the living urban legend of the area, Bagorah.

Bagorah screeched before hurling a ball of fire at the duo who quickly made a run for it through a trail leading through the woods. Titano and Kiryu heard the trees above them rustle as their assailant was steadily on their trail. Kiryu pulled a pistol from his sweatpants before firing into the treeline.

A screech was heard as blood was flung onto Titano's shoulder. Titano ignored the blotch on his newly bought hoodie and continued running alongside his friend. Kiryu decided to hit a hard left with Titano following behind him as they headed towards an abandoned farm with a large barn and small two story house on the property.

Bagorah screeched once again before swooping down and grabbing Kiryu, sinking its talons into his prey's hoodie. Titano thought fast and grabbed a crowbar before hurling it at the escaping creature with his friend in its grasp.

"DING!"

Bagorah yelped, dropping Kiryu while crashing into a rugged and abandoned horse carriage. Kiryu dusts himself off before shaking hands and going in for a bro hug with Titano for saving his life.

Kiryu: I owe you man!

Titano: No problem!

Suddenly Bagorah crawled from the wreckage before flapping its large wings, slowly ascending into the air as Titano and Kiryu caught their breaths.

Titano: Ready?

A loud ear piercing gunshot was heard as Bagorah had dropped to the grassy ground with a thud upon impact. Bewildered,Titano and Kiryu looked up towards the hill, finding a black Tahoe where a man armed with a hunting rifle and another standing by the tailgate were spotted.

"Need a lift?"

Kiryu and Titano looked at one another as one of the men gestured for them to hop inside of the vehicle.

Gohan: We sent you the invitational message!

Kiryu: I mean we might as well since the car is totaled!

Titano: Sure thing! But first who are you?

Bardock: I'm Bardock! Leader of the elite unit SWAT! This here is Gohan! My second in command! We've received your message!

Kiryu and Titano stand back to their feet before walking towards the hill where Bardock and Gohan were patiently waiting.

Titano: But before we head off can we go search for my phone?

Gohan: No worries! We'll buy you a new one!

Titano: Nice looking out!

The group hops inside of the vehicle before driving off together on the two hour drive to the training center.
