this is the first fic i wrote so this is probably my worst writing

'SCHOOL'S SHIT' Bee thought to herself. Every teacher was acting the same; giving out loads of homework, setting surprise tests and putting pressure on the pupils about NEWT's. Bee didn't need constantly reminded about them, it's not like she had forgotten that she had to sit a big set of exams at the end of the year that'll determine her whole future. No pressure.
By the time Friday rolled around Bee was beyond ready for the weekend. Her weekly sleepover with Holly, Raven and Mia is tonight and Bee couldn't be more excited. The four girls rarely got to spend time together due to their busy schedules so they really had to make the most of their Friday nights.
Thankfully Beatrice made it through her classes without dying of exhaust or killing one of the teachers.
This week the girls' sleepover was being held in the room of requirement, ever since the group had discovered the room from the DA meetings they had been excited to use it any time possible.
Blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, covers and fairy lights were set up round the cosy room to keep the girls warm. They also had lots of snacks, board games, cards, CD's + a CD player, nail polish and face masks.
The girls started their night by putting on some music, well, they actually started off the night by arguing for ten minutes over what to play. Holly had suggested Whitney Houston, Raven wanted to play David Bowie, Mia decided on Queen and Bee insisted on ABBA. They ended up settling on the Grease soundtrack, something they all liked.
After around an hour of gossip, nail painting and face masks the girls decided to move onto playing board games. They played a few games of cluedo before deciding to call it a night.
"Fred and I are going on a date tomorrow" Bee whispered, unable to contain herself any longer.
"WHAT?" Raven and Mia jumped up.
"Bee you can't just spring that on us as we're falling asleep" Holly groaned and then it sunk in. "OMG you guys are gonna be so cute together."
"We've actually already been on two dates" she grinned.
"Wait, when did this happen?" Mia asked.
"I can't believe you never told us." Holly joked.
"How do you feel?" Raven was the first one to ask Bee how she actually
"I actually feel great, things aren't awkward at all, it's different to other dates. It just feels like going out with your best friend that you fancy, which is exactly what it is" Bee grinned.
The four girls continued to chat all night and eventually fell asleep just after one o'clock.

On Sunday Bee was completely cool (okay well maybe a little excited, or a lot). She met up with Fred at exactly eight and Fred told Bee his plan for the evening.
"So, if its okay with you" Fred started. "I was thinking we could go to Hogsmeade."
"But it's not a Hogsmeade weekend." Bee looked confused.
"That's the point babe. I know a secret tunnel out." Fred grinned cheekily.
"Okay then, let's go."

Bee was shocked to find out that Fred's secret tunnel to Hogsmeade did in fact take them to Hogsmeade. The pair arrived in the basement of Honeydukes. "How did you figure this out?" Bee asked confused.
"Right you need to promise you won't tell anybody.."
"Pinky promise" Beatrice grinned.
So Fred explained the full story from start to finish, all the way from when him and George found the map in filches office right up to giving it to Harry Potter two years ago.
"Aww that was a nice thing to do" Bee rubbed Fred's hair.
Fred started to fix the stray strands. "You mean it was a manly thing."
"Sure Freddo, whatever floats your boat." Bee winked. "Oh also I forgot to tell you, I told Mia, Raven and Holly about us. They aren't gonna tell anybody though so it's okay."
"That's alright Honey." Fred grinned at Bee calling them an 'us.'
The pair of teenagers wandered round Hogsmeade for a while, making sure nobody suspected they were students before deciding to head to their last stop, The Three Broomsticks.
"But won't Madam Rosmerta recognise us" Fred raised his eyebrows.
"Yeah but she loves me so it's all good."
Fred faked a tear rolling down his face. "So it's true what the rumours say, there's another one after your heart and I have a competitor."
Bee hit Fred's chest. "Oh shut up, you're the only one 'in my heart.'
Fred couldn't help but blush for the rest of the night.

authors note: word count - over 700. the last chapter was over 1000 so i thought i'd mix it up a lil bit. anyways hope you're still enjoying reading this. also i know things are kind of just lovey dovey just now but i promise they'll be some drama soon 😼
