Grace felt sick as she thought over what was happening with draco. She knew that he was draco Malfoy and nothing could happen with them. He was a pure blood from a high classed wizard family and he was a Malfoy, a pureblood and she in the eyes on Lucius Malfoy was no one. She knew that it was a mistake. Sure they had kissed a few times but that's all it was and it was all that it could ever be. Grace knew she was muggleborn and she was the only slytherin muggleborn witch there had ever be. She knew draco looked out for her and she admired that. She admired that he stuck up for her around his friends when they called her a filthy mudblood and said that she didn't belong in slytherin. He had also defended her. Grace smiled as she stood in her dorm as Maia walked in and looked her and smiled "are you oaky" maia asked as grace looked to her and smiled

"I guess, your brother kissed me" grace said as Maia looked to her in shock and frowned "he..what now" "kissed me, I know I was as shocked as you are but I don't know what to think about it. I have been avoiding him and he said and I can't and then he kissed me again" grace said as Maia looked to her in shock "if you were pureblood I say that you were both a great couple, I mean that he has always been there for you and there is a connection with you both but it's awkward i mean I'm not as bad as my parents and I don't care over blood status but my father does and if he found out, he wouldn't allow it" "I know it was two kisses it's nothing" grace said as Maia raised an eyebrow at her. She wasn't so sure.

Maia walked into the common room as she saw draco. She looked to him and sighed "we need to talk" she said as he looked to her and rolled his eyes "do we" "I know about grace and I know how you have kissed her, are you stupid Draco. You are risking her life by doing this, if father found out he would kill her and you in fact" Maia said as Draco looked to her and rolled his eyes "maybe I dint care about father, grace is different and I don't care if she is muggleborn, she has always been different" Draco said as Maia sighed "she is my best friend do you not think I am aware that she is different. She's the only ever muggleborn slytherin and she will get killed. Don't put her life in danger" Maia said as she walked off

Draco walked down the hall with Maia as they saw grace and Ron weasley who was having a go at her "back off weasley or I will make you wish you were never born" maia said as he stormed off. She looked to Draco and frowned as she saw how close he was getting to grace and she was worried as she knew graces life could depend on how Draco was reacting with grace.
