Y/N POV

The next week seemed to run together. I'd drop the kids off at school, go to work, and leave early enough to be able to talk to Frank before the kids were let out. Honestly speaking, it was the favorite part of my day. He always had to go as soon as the girls got out so he could pick Miles up from the babysitter.

I continue to tell myself that this isn't good timing. I mean, we only met two weeks ago, give or take. I haven't dated since my husband died. I don't even know how he feels. So I push my feelings down as best as I can.

Speak of the devil, I spotted him waiting for me in our usual spot outside of the school. I parallel parked my car and climbed out.

"Hey, Frank." I called out as I walked towards him. He smiled brightly as he saw me coming his way.

"Hey, Y/N. Ready for the weekend?" He asked.

"Beyond ready. I'm ready to sleep in until nine and relax at home with my hooligans." I replied, already dreaming of my bed he chuckled in response as the bell rang, releasing the children. I watched as kids went off to their parents or walked to their designated bus, then noticed our four walking together as usual. Our four. I shook the thought away as I kneeled down.

"Mommy!" My two yelled as Frank's two yelled "Daddy!"

"Hey, guys. How was school?" I asked while hugging them. Before I could stand back up, I felt Lily and Cherry wrap their arms around me as well. "Hi, girls." I chuckled as I hugged them back. Once they let go, I stood back up.

"Daddy, can Kat, Jas, and Y/N come to movie night tonight? Please?" Lily begged. Frank thought for a moment with a slightly nervous expression on his face.

"If they want to, yeah! But you have to ask Y/N." He answered, making the two girls grin widely.

"Y/N, do you want to come to movie night? Every Friday night we have movie night and we eat lots of popcorn and watch lots of movies and stay up until ten-thirty! Dad usually falls asleep and we throw popcorn at him sometimes. Maybe he won't fall asleep if you're there!" She rambled. I looked over at Frank and noticed the blush on his face. It was cute.

"We'll be there." I told her, "What time do you want us there?" I asked Frank.

"Six sound okay?" I nodded. We exchanged numbers so he could send me the address, then we parted ways. "See you at six!" I yelled out to the three of them.

I got Katarina and Jasper in their car seats, then got in the driver's seat and started the car.

"Mommy, do you like Frank? Cherry thinks he likes you. She said his face gets really pink when she talks about you. Yours does that too! Well, when we talk about him, not you. Obviously." Kat's statement shocked me.

It can't be true. They're all five, I doubt they really know about adult feelings. Maybe. I don't know.
