At some point in the night, Maileen had fallen asleep, leaving the black-haired girl to herself. Alice always has had sleep problems. It just seemed to be impossible for her to fall asleep easy and fast, no matter how tired she was.

So naturally, she had a lot more time, in school, she used that time to study and to finish assignments that took way to long.

Nowadays she tried to work at night. Alice is a freelance digital artist and paints for people, in exchange for money of course. She must make a living somehow. As her day job, she worked in a restaurant.

When she moves to LA, Alice will have to go looking for a café or some sort of restaurant to work. But for this night she chose a book. Alice, aside from loving to create, loves to read. She had a knack for fantasy stories when she was younger, but currently, she was reading novels, mostly romantic ones.

If you asked her, she would never say that she is a romantic person, you can also see her gagging at PDA quite often, but her taste in books tell a different story. Truth to behold, Alice is a sucker for relationships and drama. But unluckily Alice never had a relationship, that could compare to the books.

To be fair she only had one, but they were dating for a year, and everything that Allice had out of it were scars. Physically and mentally. Oh, and trust issues, can't forget about those.

When it was nearing seven a.m. Alice decided to get ready for the day. So with that, she showered, got dressed and did her make up. At some point Maileen woke up as well, knowing that her best friend would be awake. Together they entered the kitchen to have breakfast and drink the first coffee of the day.

Alice was cutting the bread when Maileen started to talk:" You can't even imagine how happy I am for you, and I am so fricking proud of you."

Alice looked up from the knife, putting it down carefully, and wrapping her arms around the taller girl. "That means a lot to me."

A little later Maileen had to leave against the beliefs of the two, they didn't cry. They didn't cry because they knew that they would stay in contact and that Maileen was visiting LA quite often. The taller girl gave her a forehead kiss, hugged her one last time and exited the door.

Now Alice was alone in her home. Her brothers were at school, her parents at work, Addison and the girls were getting here later in the afternoon. To be honest Alice wasn't quite motivated to continue her book or to draw. What does a girl do when she has a lot of time and a house for herself?

Eventually, she decided to pack the last things up, but when she found her make up bag, she decided that she should do her makeup again. So, she took her makeup from the morning of with a wipe. When Alice looked at herself in the mirror, she decided to just go without makeup for the rest of the day.

She made sure, that she would be comfortable in the outfit she picked out for the following day, and that she had everything she would need to get ready. The boxes that weren't needed anymore were pushed out of the door, down the stairs, after nearly two hours she was done.

Alice knew many things, but she didn't know that moving boxes, that held her whole life, would be so hard, and take so long.

Because of a long and sleepless night, she now was getting tired, so she laid down on the living room couch, falling in a light slumber until she heard the door open. She sat up quickly glancing at the door, sighing in disappointment when her brothers walked through.

"Hey Allie, we just wanted to say goodbye, we have practice now, so we either going to see us later this night or not at all." Enzo smiled at her with teary eyes.

Alice cooed and opened her arms wide so that she could hug both Enzo and Lucas at the same time. "I'm going to miss you both so much. I love you."

The brothers pressed a quick kiss to her forehead before throwing their backpacks in a corner and grabbing their training bags to leave to practice. Smirking she picked up the schoolbags and headed upstairs to their rooms, leaving the bags in their respective rooms. She doesn't like to admit it, but she was going to miss these two pretty bad.

Then again, she heard the door open:" We're home, Alice!" Alice ran down the stairs laughing before she could say anything her mother interrupted her:" Do you want to take the girls out to eat somewhere tonight? We're both pretty tired, we will wait for the boys to come home and eat with them."

The black-haired girl started to grin; she liked the idea of that." Sure mom, we will leave pretty early tomorrow so I will say goodbye to you two now, then you can get into your office again."

Shirley and Monty both gave their eldest daughter a bone-crushing hug, whispering reassuring words in her ear. "We love you baby, please text us when you get there so that we know everything is okay."

Alice nodded while sobbing, she didn't want to cry, it just happened. She was laying on the couch again after her parents left to their offices. Is this a bad decision?
