"Oh, we getting bold now huh, Easterling?"
"Can we go grocery shopping after this? I have nothing in my cabinets."
"Yeah sure."
They were all enjoying their food, joking around and laughing together. Some of them even ordered dessert but Alice was too stubborn to eat some. She had done so great up to now. Alice had only eaten the salad but to be honest, that really was enough for the girl to be wide awake and energized now. She was laughing the whole time they were there.
"Guys?"
"Bryce?"
"You think you're funny when you're really not huh Josh?"
"Bryce what did you want?"
"Oh right, I thought that we could get groceries after this and then go swimming at our house. Like a late-night swim."
Addison nodded along. "That's a good idea, we can bring the food back to Alice's and she can get her swimwear and in that time we can get to the Hype House, so if she goes with you guys, we should all be there around the same time."
"Yeah, we can go earlier though, so that the house is open. Avani will go with you Addison?" Addison shook her head yes, smiling at one of her best friends.
"Oh! We should just make a movie night out of it. That way nobody has to drive back tired."
"You're a genius Kio!"

Alice was excited when they left the restaurant to go grocery shopping. Sure, she didn't need so many people but it would be fun, for sure. When Dixie retrieved the shopping cart Bryce lifted Alice up and sat her in the cart. At first, she protested but she continued to laugh.
Charli took over and started to push her new Friend around who squealed with glee.

Not only did Alice get her groceries, but so did the others. While she was focused on getting food, for a healthy diet, the others were going nuts, impulsively buying everything they thought was necessary for the following movie night.
At the check out point, Allie looked at the cart of the others judgingly.
