Chapter 11

Ai's Pov 

I didn't get any sleep last night, because Suki had come back. I really wanted to know why she faked her suicide and why she had decided to come back now. The thing that hurt me the most was that Akashi had chosen her over me. I should've known that it was going to happen sooner or later. 

I still didn't understand why Akashi had said that he was in love with me. I was pretty sure that it was meant for Suki. At least I will be living my real life. With my name Satsuki Ai. 

I was sitting on my bed being lost in my thoughts. 

I should just give up..

There's no use in loving him anymore.

Nothing will change. 

He will be with Suki.

Not me. 

Love sucks. 

I pulled my blanket off of me and I got out of my bed. I didn't feel like going to school today. Not today.. I opened the door to my room and walked downstairs. 

The house was empty. My parents have not come back from yesterday. I shrugged it off. As if I cared if they were here. I just wanted to be alone today. By myself. 

Ayami's Pov 

It was already time for us to start class and Ai wasn't here yet. I was starting to get really worried. I hope she's okay.. 

Suddenly my eyes widened as I saw her. 

"Class, this is our new transfer student! Please take care of her. Please introduce yourself." 

"Hello! My name is Suzuki Suki! Please take care of me!" She bowed. 

"Hey doesn't she look exactly like Ai?"

"What if they're twins?" 

"Wow... She's cute like Ai." 

These conversations were going around the classroom. "Class! Quite down! Suki please sit next to Akashi. Akashi raise your hand." 

She smiled at Akashi and started to walk over to the vacant desk next to Akashi on his left side while Ai's desk was to his right. Akashi kept his straight face as Suki sat next to him. "Are you glad I'm back?" She asked as I eavesdropped on their conversation. "I guess." He answered. 

Akashi's Pov 

I noticed that Ai was not at class. She was absent. Suki had just started to join Rakuzan. I was kind of worried about Ai and was wondering why she was not attending school today. I looked over to Suki. She reminded me of Ai so much. They looked identical, but except for their eyes. 

I was in love with Ai before and I did not know if I still loved her. She had lied and told me that she was Suki. I wanted to know why she lied. Now that the real Suki is back. I don't feel anything when I'm with the real Suki. The memory that I had yesterday was very strange. It had been on my mind all day. 

Did I really love Suki?

Time Skip 

I had basketball practice after school and Suki decided to tag along. "Don't bother me when I'm practicing." I ordered Suki. She pouted. "But-" 

"That's an order." I said and went to practice. 

Ai's Pov 

"Moshi, moshi." I answered my phone. 

"Ai-chan! Why didn't you go to school today?" Ayami asked in a worried voice.

"I didn't feel like it." I said in a boring tone.

"Well can you come to school right now? Please! Something bad happened!" 

"Ugh.." I sighed. "Fine."

"Okay, bye!" After that I hung up. 

I grabbed my big black sweater that had a Pikachu picture on it. Yes, I had a thing for Pickachu. I put on my grey leggings and slipped on my white converse. I grabbed my phone and walked out the door. 

I finally arrived at the school gate and saw Ayami waiting for me. "Ai!" She ran up to me and hugged me. I hugged her back. I needed a hug real bad. 

"Are you okay?" She asked in a worried voice. "I'm fine. Just tired." 

No, I'm not okay right now. I feel like sh*t. 

"Okay, umm.. I'm just going to show you.. Follow me." She grabbed my hand and started to lead me towards the gym where the boys were having basketball practice. "Why are you taking me to the gym?" I asked and she didn't answer. She opened the door to the gym and all eyes were on me. I looked over and saw Suki sitting at the benches while watching Akashi practice. 

I stood still. It felt like my feet were glued to the floor. I looked over to Ayami. "Why did you bring me here?" I asked Ayami. She looked over to Suki and Akashi. Soon, a couple of guys started to walk over to me and Ayami.

"Wow, aren't you Sei-chan's girlfriend?" A guy with long black hair asked me. I looked over to Akashi as he stared at me. 

"Uh.. No, I'm not.." I answered awkwardly yet still depressed. "You're really pretty! Would you like to my girlfriend?" A guy with orange-ish hair asked me. I blushed. "Ano, I'm not looking for a boyfriend right now..." I answered. "Wow, I can't believe Akashi left you. If it was me, I would keep you by my side." He added which made me blush again. "Uh.. Thanks?" I laughed a bit. 

"Well, I'm Kotaro Hayama!" He introduced himself. "I am Reo Mibuchi!" The guy with long hair introduced himself. "I'm Satsuki Ai." I introduced myself. I turned towards Ayami. "Shouldn't we be leaving?" I asked. She shrugged. "Only if you want to." She said. 

"Well we should be going! Bye, bye!" I waved. 

"Ai." 

I turned towards the voice. It was Akashi. I tilted my head looking confused. "I need to talk to you." He said. "But, I need to go ho-" 

"That's an order. Are you going to disobey me?" I couldn't disobey him. I started to walk towards him and the reaction on Suki's face was priceless. "Seijuro, but!" He gave her one look and that shut her up. We walked outside the gym. 

He shut the door. "What did you want to talk about?" I asked. Suddenly, he pinned me up against the wall. His beautiful radiant eyes were staring into my eyes. I was starting to get nervous and my heart was pounding out of my chest. 

He was really close to me. "I can feel your heart pounding." He said which made me blush.

"Why did you lie to me?" He suddenly asked.

Woah, there Sei-chan.. Sorry if this chapter sucks. I was in a hurry and I had a basketball game.. TT^TT So much homework too! I don't have school on Monday so expect to see an update or so. No promises though! CX Please vote and comment!
