Red Love (Kuroko no Basuke: Akashi Seijuro Fanfiction)

Chapter 18

Ai's Pov 

Today, I decided to go back to school. People would get suspicious if I was taking days of off school a lot. I think Akashi is worried about me too, but I'm not ready to tell him just yet. I need time to think about the situation and how I will tell Akashi the news. 

I decided to take the bus to school. I put a hand on my stomach and stared out the window. It was gloomy and it was raining. I had a bad feeling in my gut. That it would be a bad day, but I shrugged it off. I needed to stay positive and not negative. 

I finally arrived at the school. I pulled out my umbrella and walked inside the school. I walked passed the student council president's office aka where Akashi usual is. I heard yelling inside of the room. I heard Akashi yelling. 

I put my ear next to the door, so I can hear why Akashi is yelling. 

"Seijuro, you are marrying Suki and that is final!" I heard a man's voice yell. 

"Don't you dare make decisions without my consent!" Akashi yelled back. 

My eyes widened.

He will be marrying Suki...? 

"I love Ai and I will be marrying her!" 

"Seijuro, she is pregnant. She will tarnish the Akashi name!" 

My eyes widened again.

How do they know?! Now Akashi will find out about everything.

"I know." Akashi replied which made me shocked. 

Wait, how does he know?! 

I removed my ear from the door and slid down the door. I close my eyes shut and tears fell. 

I am a burden to Akashi. I don't deserve to be by his side. If I do, I will tarnish the Akashi name. I am so stupid. 

I stared down at my stomach where our baby lies. I placed a hand on my stomach and tears continued to fall. 

I got up from the floor and walked inside the bathroom, because I felt like puking again. I closed the stall door and threw up in the toilet. I just sat down on the ground as tears continued to fall. 

"Ai, are you in here?" I heard Ayami's voice call inside the bathroom. I flushed the toilet and got out the stall. 

Ayami's eyes widened, "What happened?!" She ran over to me and put her hands on both of my shoulders. I looked down at the floor, "Akashi knows about everything," I looked back up at her, "and I don't know how!" 

Ayami's eyes widened. Then she embraced me in a hug which I gladly accepted. I sobbed on her shoulder. The tears couldn't stop falling. 

After awhile, I had calmed down and pulled away from Ayami. "Are you okay now?" Ayami asked with a worried expression on her face. I nodded slowly. "Let's go, they're probably wondering where we are." I said and walked outside the bathroom with Ayami following close behind me. 

Then immediately, I saw Akashi. It was like as if he was waiting for me. Ayami gave me a panicked expression. 

"S-Seijuro.." 

"Come with me." Akashi ordered. I looked at Ayami and gestured for her to get back to class. Akashi leaded me to his office and he shut and locked the door. It was like as if I was in a trap and he had finally caught me. 

He slowly walked towards me. I slowly walked backwards until my body touched his desk. Akashi pinned me against his desk as his hands were gripping the edges of the desk. He stared right into my eyes, "Why didn't you tell me?" He asked. 

I looked down at his chest, because I didn't dare to stare back at him. Then he gripped my chin and moved it up, so my eyes were locked with his. "Look at me when I talk to you." He glared, "I asked, why didn't you tell me?" He asked me again. 

"B-Because.. I was scared and I didn't want to tarnish the Akashi name." I shut my eyes waiting for his response. 

I just heard a sigh and felt his lips make contact with mine. Then he wrapped his arms around me. He pulled away from the kiss and stared into my eyes, "I won't leave you." He smiled which made my heart skip a beat. 

"You were listening to my conversation with my dad." Akashi said. My eyes widened, "How did you know?"

"I know everything, Ai." I giggled. I slowly looked down at the ground as I remembered something.

"Will you be marrying Suki?" I asked. It was silent for a brief moment until I looked back at him. 

"I said I won't leave you." Akashi assured with a smile. I wrapped my arms around him, "I love you." I said through his chest. 

"I love you too." He kissed the top of my head. Then he pulled me away from him to reveal my tears that were falling down my cheeks. He wiped them away with his thumb, "Why are you crying my love?" 

"I thought you would leave me.." Akashi wrapped his arms around me again, "I will never leave you." 

Time Skip 

School had finally ended and Akashi wanted to walk me home. It was quite nice outside, so we decided to rest at a bench. I sat down on the bench and suddenly Akashi knelt on the ground and touched my stomach with his hand. 

"It's a boy." 

My eyes widened at his prediction. I smiled and placed my hand on top of his. "He will most likely look like you." I smiled at Akashi as I imagined a little Akashi. 

"I love you." He kissed my stomach. I smiled and ran my fingers through his red hair. It was soft. 

Anonymous Pov 

"Sir, Akashi is still seeing her." I said through the phone. 

"We must split them apart! She will tarnish the Akashi name!" 

"I see, but how will we do that?" 

"Tell the Suzuki family that Seijuro has accepted the marriage proposal." 

"Yes, sir." After that, my boss had hung up. I started to dial Suki's father.
