Stormfly POV: toothless entered the house, obviously requesting if I could stay the night with him. I slightly overheard their little chat, stoick was hesitant at first, not knowing how troublesome having two large dragons In his home would be, but eventually agreed on one condition. We weren't allowed to have any funny business between us. *how immature does he really think we are?* but once I entered the household when stoick called me in I was politely asked if I'd stick with that rule, which I agreed to of course, and as soon as I did, his attitude towards me seemed to completely change, fully inviting me into the house and treating me like a close family member.
After we all had a little talk as to what's made toothless want me round and why hiccup isn't in my place, stoick seemed to be a little tempered. But kept his hospitality the same. We were given some fish stacked in one corner of the room that he kept for toothless' return and he walked out the door, neither of us noticed at first, too busy devouring the meal. But when we did, we had no clue as to where he went or why he went. But toothless just assumed he was going to find his son, and that's the idea we stuck with. But now I had time to properly look at the house. It was warm, with the large cozy flame burning in the centre of the first floor, a few smaller chairs and couches scattered around it with a much larger one placed at one end of the rectangular fire pit. The large walls of the house were mounted with a variety of hides and wepons dotted across them, and then my attention was drawn to the large bed, at the other side of the house from the front door, but the area around the bed had a much lower ceiling above it, which made me guess that the stairs pressed against the left wall of the home led up to hiccup and toothless' bedroom. And was the cause of the drop in head space. After examining the lower floor, I glanced towards the nightfury and began examining him. He cought my stare and was puzzled as to what my intentions were, and spat out a nervous giggle when I didn't stop to answer the question that was obviously in his head. He was smaller than me for sure, but the way he lay there made his body look smaller than it truly is. *awww. Toothless.... you look so small. so innocent.... so happy.* I thought, almost saying it out loud. But saved us both a little embarrassment, him more than me Ofcourse. But I don't want to cause him that awkward moment. "Hey... umm.... stormfly? Is there something wrong? You've kinda been looking me up and down the past minutes...." he broke me free from my mindless stare. "Oh, oh, oh, yeah tooth. Everything is aaaaallll goooood!" *I can't have him knowing. It wouldn't be fair...* I made a mental note for myself. "Uuuhhhh, if you say so..." he fluttered his wings gently in a uncomfortable manner. But stood up after doing so. "Well? Do you want to go upstairs? It do you feel like staying down here?" He was already half way up the stairs, looking back at me, letting me make the decision. "I guess it would be nice to see what you guys have going upstairs! Sure I'll come up!" I followed slowly behind him, and made it into the bedroom.
This room was obviously much smaller, a large fur hide centred in front of what looks like hiccups bed, at the right of the bedroom, and a large stone slab in the far corner, pretty close to the human sized bed. The window was set at the top of the back wall, looking out to the sea and mountains, with a little perch for toothless. He took a seat on the fur rug and signaled me to lay beside him. I asked him questions about the house, he answered them all quite joyfully. But he looked uncomfortable about something, shifting in the spot. I asked him if he was feeling okay. On reply, only staring downwards. I asked again, still nothing. *I know something's wrong tooth... why don't you tell me?* I thought to myself for a moment. But he prepared himself to speak, yet, he didn't say a word. I quickly shuffled closer, and draped a wing around him. Which made his head lean into me in response. "I.... I.... I'm lost, stormfly..... a lot of things have been happening to me these past few days.... it's more than that stalking incident, I've also been having weird dreams and visions.... and seeing that crash zone only made it worse.... then there's also hiccups hug, it gave me a strange feeling that I've never felt before.... I'm scared, stormfly........ I'm really scared....." he almost sounded like he was going to cry. "Toothless, listen to me please. I know about your nightmares, I know about your sudden bursts of panic and I know about your stalker. But is there anything I could do to help you? I don't want to watch you face your problems alone. How about being more specific about those nightmares of yours?" I made sure to wear a smile on my face when he looked up at me, trying to get him to have one too. "Uhh.... my nightmares.... it's... the fight I had with the bewilderbeast.... but in my dreams, he wins! Then drago Keeps me alive, but killing every last member of the village in front of me.... laughing at my pleading... then eventually ending me.... but sometimes it changes to other things...." he looked saddened when talking about it.... as he should, I could hardly imagine what actually dreaming about that must feel like. "Well, you know they aren't real, right? You fought him and stood victorious. He wouldn't come back, I know it." I pulled him in closer, he felt more comfortable when I said that. "Now what's this about hiccup? He.... hugged you?" I questioned. "It wasn't just a hug stormfly, he was trying to calm me down, but I felt something. I couldn't even move at the time... something hit me, and it hit me hard. I don'treally know how to explain it..." He now had his thinking face on. "Umm, have you thought it just might have been a strange occurrence? A coincidence?" He looked back up at me when I said that. "I mean... I donno.... I was just looking for a more specific answer. But I guess?" He was okay with that assumption. But we might visit that subject later. "Now why don't we get away from this topic and lighten the mood lil guy?" His tail was lightly smacking the floor now, wanting away from those subjects.
