Bailey's POV

I sighed as my bedroom door opened.

"Luke I swear get-"

"Bailey," I look up and see Ashton, my window is still open from when I had to climb back through because my door was still locked from this morning and I was tempted to get up and jump out.

"Can we talk?" he asks, fiddling with the strings on his hoodie.

"No Ashton, what happened was a mistake," I say, getting up and pulling my shoes on.

"Bailey-"

"Nope," I deadpan, standing up and walking over to my window.

"Bailey please," he says, grabbing my wrist. I look into his hazel eyes and they look so broken, with his glasses and hood up with his hazel curls sticking out makes me want to cuddle all day.

"Ashton, I know we both felt something that night but it just can't happen," I whisper. He gives me a long wanting look before letting go, I hold his gaze for a bit longer, I am tempted to say fuck it and kiss him.

Before I can do anything else I make a beeline for the window and practically jump onto the tree. I grab the branch below me and swing myself down, not caring about the fact that the high drop sends a pain through my feet.

I will not give in. I can't.

I run to Michael's house, knowing he will be home. When I knock I am greeted by Michael's mum.

"Oh Bailey! Come in, Michael and your brother are upstairs."

I thank her and sprint up the stairs, taking two at a time. When I shove the door open it hits the wall, making Luke and Michael jump.

"Luke out, Bailey needs Michael time," I say shoving my brother away from Michael and taking his place.

"No mate, he is my friend not yours," he scoffs. I stand up and look up into his blue eyes that match mine.

"Well too bad," I say, before kneeing him in the dick. He groans and falls to the floor, cupping his precious buddy. Michael is trying not to laugh behind me, covering it up with coughs, but epically failing.

"Get out or I will kick you so hard you won't be able to have children," I say as Luke coughs and wheezes on the ground.

"Just...give...me...me a second," he manages to get out.

I shrug and plop by Michael and wait patiently for my brother to get off his ass.

"More Ashton drama?" Michael whispers into my ear.

"Yup," I say, popping the 'p'.

"Ight mate, you need to leave," Michael says to Luke. Luke groans but stands up, and staggers out the door. I wait until I hear the front door close before spilling it to Michael.

"So basically Ashton came into my room and he looked so cuddly, but he asked me to talk and I told him no, it was a mistake, then I was running to my window and he grabbed my wrist, then I told him I knew we both felt things that night, but it can't happen." I ramble.

"Shit," he blows out a breath.

"Yeah,"

"I think you should try it, he really likes you," he states. I choke on nothing and laugh.

"Really Bailey I am telling you," he says shoving me.

"Ok ok, but Luke will hate it," I groan, laying back on Michael's bed.

Michael huffs but stands up and lays next to me, putting his elbows under his head and looking at the ceiling. I rub my eyes and think of Ashton.

"Don't cry Bay," he cooes, pulling me into his arms. I hold onto him and Michael sighs in content. He is good at cuddling,
