Alex pov
As I was getting ready to go to tennis training. A selection of thoughts ran through my head. Katie had said that she played tennis to a similar level to ours. If she came to my group.... no. We have to focus. Get yourself together Alex and focus on the tennis and let her do the same.
I looked at the time. 5.45pm. Training was going to start at six so I went downstairs and put my shoes on. My mum and I left the house and Cameron followed. My mum just expected us to start talking like normal and she was just as surprised as I was when Cameron pulled out his phone and started texting someone. Was he really jealous already? He remembers that we play doubles together and we promised we always will. We always warm up together no matter how many weird looks we get from the rest of the group. By the time we reached the training centre it was 6.05 as we had encountered some traffic on the way.
Training had commenced and people where probably warming up. But as I drew back the curtain to enter the court, I saw her. Again. She was warming up with Georgia and Rosé. As Cameron came in behind me he saw her too and the smile on his face vanished. I stopped dead in my tracks but Cameron just smirked at me and continued walking.
Oh no. She flashed me a smile.
This was going to be interesting...
