part 16- the best week of our lives

Alex's pov
Time was speeding by in France. Cameron and I were having the best week of our lives by far. I felt some sort of attraction between us, a pulling force like a magnet that I'd never felt with Katie. The feeling that I couldn't live without Cameron and that he really means the world to me. And I think the feelings are mutual...
~Knock on the door of the dorm
"Come in"
I was alone in the dorm room as I had finished my dinner early. I wanted to wait for Cameron to finish but he said I looked tired and I should go and rest. Cameron just cared for me like that. The little things he did for me always meant alot.
My thoughts where interrupted as Cameron strode in.
"Sunshine are you alright?" Cameron said with a worried expression, seeing me lying on the bed.
" Yes, now that you're here..."
Cameron blushed as he sat next to me on the bed.
"I'm tired" he stated.
I moved over a bit and patted the bed next to me. Cameron lay next to me as I wrapped my arms around him in a loving embrace. The others where going to be gone ages so there was nothing to worry about.
"Sunshine I need to tell you something..." Cameron sat up in my bed and I followed. What could it be? Could Cameron finally be telling me his true feelings?
~Cameron's pov
I didn't know how to do it...I was scared out of my wits at the thought of ruining this friendship. No Alex was just too precious. I can't do this... NO CAMERON GET YOURSELF TOGETHER WE NEED TO TELL HIM! ok who am I kidding he really needs to know this and I don't think I can keep it within me just longer. I've kept this secret from him for countless years and I can't stand lying to him everyday.
"Well I've been wanting to tell you this for a while-" I was cut off by the rest of the dorm members barged in. They looked at Alex and I.
"We disturbing something? We can wait a sec-"
" No its alright we'll go outside instead." I looked at Alex and we both got up and headed out of the dorm room. The cold french breeze hit my face and shivered a little. Alex noticed and put his jacket around my shoulders. I blushed. Was I ever going to be able to tell him if he acted like this?
"Yes anyway I was saying..."
"OI BLONDIE!" Oh shoot that was Katie's voice. She couldn't hear me tell anything.
Alex turned around and faced her. He stood in front of me protectively.
" oh I see the lovebirds were having a little talk...good time to butt in," she snapped.
" We were just talking Katie now get lost!" Alex replied calmly bit firmly.
" oh really if you where 'just talking' let us stay here!"
" sure ill prove it was no big deal," Alex said as he turned to me.
"yeah continue Cameron what were you saying?"
